Absolutely loved hiring Erik and Kristina! -…read moreWe JUST moved into the area yesterday and we needed some new furniture setup in our house. We went on Yelp and decided to search for a handyman who could assemble a brand new vanity and mirror, as well as some shelves to mount on our walls. Within MINUTES of reaching out to Erik and Kristina we were contacted back by them and they said they could come out SAME DAY, which is amazing because normally it takes a few days or even a week to get an appointment but these two showed up EARLY to our appointment today and immediately greeted us with a smile and gave us a VERY GOOD quote for our assembly needs. Erik and Kristina work very fast, and they also took the time to double check everything with us and make sure we were satisfied with the assembly of our new vanity and lights. They went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations, I also appreciated the fact that Erik helped me move the heavy furniture I needed assembled up a long flight of stairs in my home! If you need any handyman work or assembly, please contact them, they are worth every penny! I'm bringing them back next week when I have more furniture delivered! Chad and Laci

They are nice, transparent,…read moreaffordable, experienced, knowledgeable, competitive, modern/up to date, clean, hard working, and fast. My project was a pretty big renovation on a new home for my family. They came in, looked at the place, we talked about what I wanted to do, they gave recommendations and suggestions on what would and wouldn't work, and most importantly they took notes, pictures, and videos to give me an accurate estimate. I appreciated that, because I had other contractors give me estimates before on other projects and they would just quickly look write some number down that was not even close to what it would actually cost and how long the build would take. I won't be using other contractors moving forward, obviously. These guys are honest, and VERY EXPERIENCED/KNOWLEDGEABLE. They know their sh**. I asked them first meeting and talked to some of the guys, and they've had this business way longer than I've even been alive, and it started from Youra who is the boss. These guys know everything because theyve seen everything, so talking to them about something you want to do is a breeze and very clear. There were some things on my build I wanted to that just weren't practical when it came to cost, and this was all explained to me. They gave suggestions on different ways to do things that I didn't even imagine or visualize before. The reason I give 5 stars is because when it comes to construction, it is never a smooth and predictable process. SOMETHING ALWAYS GOES WRONG. IT WILL HAPPEN. WE CHANGE OUR MINDS, MOTHER NATURE ATTACKS, SOME THINGS ARE JUST UNPREDICTABLE. The good contractors are the ones that know how to adjust quickly and efficiently and keep the process moving forward, and these guys know how to do that, so they deserve 5 stars.

They repaired some drywall in my bathroom, but didn't put down plastic when they painted so I was left with tiny paint splatters all over the floor and counter. The edges of the paint where two different colors meet was done pretty sloppily, there were little pools of paint on the corners of the walls where they meet the baseboards, and instead of sanding the baseboards before painting them, they just painted over the debris. Youra did offer me a $150 discount from the $1000 he quoted me, but I'd have happily paid the full thousand to have the work done correctly.

Well done, Vision Renovators!…read more I couldn't be happier with how my front yard turned out. After spending a couple of years trying different solutions--including replanting the lawn and keeping it meticulously maintained--I realized the heat and water usage just weren't sustainable. I decided to redesign the space with something cleaner, softer, and more practical, and I'm thrilled with both the decision and the final result. Eran was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His quote was fair, the project stayed on budget, and everything was completed on time. Eran, Noe, and the entire team were professional, hardworking, and communicative throughout the process. They offered thoughtful recommendations and practical solutions that made a real difference. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves--what an incredible transformation! I highly recommend Vision Renovators and will absolutely be using them again for future projects.

I think this format of a review is best here: The Good:…read more Adrian was fast to get back to me and even got one of his techs over within 30 min to an outdoor pipe leak I had on my property that my neighbor had alerted to running down the street really heavily. They assessed the situation, eventually finding the broken pipe, and got it swapped out and finished by the end of the day. Cost was less than original quote due to the job not being as complicated as originally thought. The Not So Good: I was not at the property, so when I hire companies, I am pretty dependent on their good reviews, current licensing info, and their communication. Unfortunately, once I had been told the leak was found was complete radio silence. I had asked for photos showing just a little of progress (in case I needed anything for my insurance) and also any observations of what the leaking water had done or some kind of email (I know complete invoices take time and come later) of a rough estimate or breakdown of what was going to happen. From about 615 pm, there was no communication of the status or time estimate. As I knew the sun was setting, I reached out for an update again (also because if the water would have to remain off overnight, I would have to make arrangements for tenant)...nothing. At 11pm, I got an email from my neighbor telling me the water was still flowing down the hill. Again, I tried to call, text etc. Nothing. Finally I reached out here again and their social media guy was very nice but also unable to help or advise as he also could not do anything. At 1am, I finally had to just throw my hands up and go to sleep wondering if I needed to call another plumber in the morning to go see what was up. I did receive a call and texts from Adrian in the morning that he thought he had sent updates but didn't...no huge apology. No real acknowledgment that the lack of communication was not a great look for any business. He did get that invoice in. I had hoped that he would make some kind of gesture in the price for dropping the communication need..the continuing leak was a DWP issue and they had been notified etc). I'm not one to demand this or that, so I paid the invoice, and it's done. Except for this honest review. I've had my home there for over a decade and will always need a reliable plumber. The other folks I've hired my house, I've found thru Yelp, generally, have been great about keeping me in the loop. I wish this could be a total 5 stars. I wish them the best and am glad at least the job is done
