In town on business so we stopped by there to have our laundry done. Whipped out a credit card to pay when we dropped off and were told no, pay when you pick up. Went to pick up and were THEN told, no cards. No signs anywhere saying cash or check only. Had to go to an ATM just to get my clothes. In 2018 it's ridiculous not to take cards; especially for business travelers who pay for everything work-related with a company card. It seriously takes 2 seconds to print out a sign that says No Cards. read more

had to take my comforter in. theres no atm, and i was short 3 quarters. the awesome attendant let me borrow it so i could start the load. she was the nicest person ive ever seen at a laundromat. it was clean and the machines were nice. there was also a gang of magazines, if thats your thing. the good ones, not golf and national geographic. i was pleasantly surprised on all counts!! would of gotten 5 stars but the customers that were there were like brainless zombies standing in the way at every turn. put your clothes in the machine and sit your ass down! you dont have to stand by the machine! good grief! as a matter of fact, im giving them 5 stars...they cant help ppl are stupid. read more

This was my first experience at this laundry facilty i was so very please with the cleanliness and staff, it was the Best ever experience i ever had at any laundry facility. Have been going to them for two months every week and it was great. But tonight had issue with white shirt that I wore yesterday and had no stain. Pulled it out of dryer and it looks like several grease/oil stains. Normal attendant not there. I showed it to different attendant and she showed no concern telling me the machines are clean. I let her know which washer and dryer I used and she never even looked at them. Not tryin to day avoid but I will be trying different laundry mats in future. read more

I hate going to the laundromat but when your kid lives in an apartment it's kind of what you gotta do when she's at work and stuff needs to be washed so I ventured out with some laundry and found this spot -- walked in empty handed at first to check it out. The place is SPARKLING clean, the machines are clean, floors are clean, the whole atmosphere was great. The assortment of different size washers available was perfect. They have a change machine and a supply vending machine both in working order. While I was there, the woman that runs the place was doing the drop off laundry and each person was greeted and asked if they needed any help. She was even nice enough to "loan" a guy $20 in quarters to get his laundry started while he ran to the ATM for cash (only thing missing from this place) I mean, she had all his clothes and stuff to hold for "ransom" if he didn't come back but really??? That was SUPER nice of her to do --- can't say I would've done it myself. read more

My husband and I have been using Lenexa Coin Laundry for years. We use their Full-Service option and we love it! We drop our duds off on Saturday and can usually pick them up - fully washed and folded - the same day. They are affordable and the gals are super friendly. This place is great! When our washing machine broke, we had a huge stack of dirty laundry. After shopping and finding the new washer, the stack was even higher and the new washer wouldn't be delivered for at least a week. I looked on Yelp for someplace to do some of the washing. Lenexa Coin Laundry was the ONLY coin laundromat with good reviews. I gathered up the dirty clothes, soap, hangers, a book and a bag of quarters. Although it is small, there are lots of washers and dryers, especially large machines, which reduce the time and expense. These are high efficiency machines that take very little soap and do the job quickly. Everything is very clean and well maintained, no lint or soap build-up on the machines. There are lots of folding tables and carts. The lady working there was very helpful, making suggestions on how to wash and dry things economically. When I have large items or another equipment failure, I will be going back. read more

Absolutely fantastic staff! Came here to wash two king down comforters and was nicely walked through the whole process. Clean, accommodating and a great deal for your pocketbook. Washing and drying both comforters cost me less than $10; would have been $60 or more at the dry cleaners. My comforters look brand new again. I'll be back! read more

Usually a great place, however did laundry today. Used on of the largest washers, put soap like usual and let it run. When it was done, to my shock and surprise there were bleach stains on over a dozen shirts and several pairs of jeans, ruining them. Since I didn't use ANY bleach whatsoever I asked the attendant what would cause this, she had no idea. We do laundry here every weekend and this is the first time it has happened it is very upsetting to have well over $100.00 worth of clothes ruined. I will continue to go here I just had to vent. I believe I should be compensated for my ruined clothes, but I doubt that will happen. Highly disappointing. read more

It is really beyond belief to me how anyone could rate this business below 5 stars. I work 'in' health care and cleanliness is a must for me. The staff is always cleaning the whole time I'm there. All of that cleaning definitely shows as soon as you walk through the doors with clean washers/dryers and floors to match. The staff is always nice, knowledgeable, and make a true effort 'in' letting their customers know how much they are appreciated. How many businesses get to know you by your first name nowadays?
