We only have a few months left, and do not want to buy a washer for a house we will not be living in so we were really stressed about what we were going to do. This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. The owner Steve is also very friendly and very helpful. We love it here!

Additionally, by the time your load dries you've spent $1 to $1.50. The issue here is inconsistencies in drying time and temperature of the dryers. When addressing this with the employee on site, he advised "the owner sets the drying time and there isn't anything he can do'. He also stated even though the dryer isn't fully drying the mgr told him he cannot refund customers if the dryer is blowing warm air. Doesn't make sense. I will not be back and recommend you find another place to dry your laundry.

THEN I had to check the address to be sure we were all reviewing the same place!! One was from 3 years ago, and it has definitely gone downhill from that one. As to the one from 7 months ago, the review that got me here, yes, the on-duty manager was helpful when asked. But there is only one very tiny restroom, and it is definitely the worse for wear! And I doubt that review would have been so good had so many machines been out of order/broken when she was here. While I love the charming name, and that also influenced my decision to try this place, I'm sticking with two stars, at best!

At least 6 washers and 9 dryers were out of order. The $6 and $7 dollar washing machines left most of my rugs and a blanket dripping wet, almost like there was no spin cycle. And all of us there tonight were having to spend way too many quarters to get our laundry dry. Apparently they recently had a major water leak along the back wall. Look at my photos to see the "before" and "after." The parking lot is still quite dark and a bit creepy at night. I hope the owners appreciate what a gem they have in Betty Spaghetti. She takes good care of their customers, while doing the laundry that's been dropped off, and cleaning things up. She deserves a better working environment!

Cheapest washer is $5.50. 3) Although there was no attendant visible for my first 20 or so minutes, he did come out and start cleaning everything in sight! Con: 1) No attendant around when I arrived so had to ask other customers how to do everything, even how to open and close the machines. 2) Hard to find pricing signage. 3) Attendant said there has been no air-conditioning since June despite the signs outside saying "cool and comfy." And the fans inside are not sufficient. 4) $1 worth of drying (the minimum) didn't begin to get anything dry in 20 minutes on high setting. 5) Machines weren't being watched by the people using them, so very hard to find an available washer or dryer, even though their cycles had finished. Six dryers sat idle for a long time, with several people wanting to use them. 6) Screaming children running around. Would I return? Probably not at any busy time of the day. The cleanliness was the biggest positive.
