Additionally, by the time your load dries you've spent $1 to $1.50. The issue here is inconsistencies in drying time and temperature of the dryers. When addressing this with the employee on site, he advised "the owner sets the drying time and there isn't anything he can do'. He also stated even though the dryer isn't fully drying the mgr told him he cannot refund customers if the dryer is blowing warm air. Doesn't make sense. I will not be back and recommend you find another place to dry your laundry.

THEN I had to check the address to be sure we were all reviewing the same place!! One was from 3 years ago, and it has definitely gone downhill from that one. As to the one from 7 months ago, the review that got me here, yes, the on-duty manager was helpful when asked. But there is only one very tiny restroom, and it is definitely the worse for wear! And I doubt that review would have been so good had so many machines been out of order/broken when she was here. At least 6 washers and 9 dryers were out of order. The $6 and $7 dollar washing machines left most of my rugs and a blanket dripping wet, almost like there was no spin cycle. And all of us there tonight were having to spend way too many quarters to get our laundry dry. Apparently they recently had a major water leak along the back wall. Look at my photos to see the "before" and "after." The parking lot is still quite dark and a bit creepy at night. I hope the owners appreciate what a gem they have in Betty Spaghetti. She takes good care of their customers, while doing the laundry that's been dropped off, and cleaning things up. She deserves a better working environment!

And the fans inside are not sufficient. 4) $1 worth of drying (the minimum) didn't begin to get anything dry in 20 minutes on high setting. 5) Machines weren't being watched by the people using them, so very hard to find an available washer or dryer, even though their cycles had finished. That is definitely encouraging. The woman working there, I'm guessing she's the owner, was so kind and understanding and showed me everything so that I would know what I was doing.
