The worst experience ever, at a laundry facility. Over 50% of the machines had signs "out-of-order". The attendant was a walking horror show, too busy on her cell to assist customers. Lectured me about a single dryer sheet that fell on the floor. I suggested it was her job, after all, to be pleasant to customers and she swore at me. Even while driving here, I kept thinking "Check the reviews on Yelp before driving so far out of your way!" But you can't Yelp and drive! And I really needed a laundromat open late on a Saturday night, and Siri showed this one open till 11 PM. But I don't often need a laundromat, and was unaware that your last load had to be in 1.5 hours earlier. So I thought I had plenty of time to do my one load, and didn't check the time before going in. The attendant looked right at me from 10 feet away as I entered, and turned and walked away without a word. Since so many places I've been never changed their pre-Covid hours posted online or on their phone messages to reflect their shortened "Covid hours," I wanted to check with her to be sure they were indeed open till 11 before putting my laundry in. So I followed her, and politely tried to get her attention 3 times before she finally acknowledged me. When I asked my question, all I got was a rude "Yes we're open, but no, you can't do your laundry." I asked why, and with the same surliness, she added that the last load had to be in the washer by 9:30. So I left, but checked my Fitbit for the time as I was getting in the car, and realized my laundry could easily have been in the washer in time because it had just then turned 9:30. So I went back in and said "I just realized it is only now 9:30, and I was here before that, ready to go, so could I please do my one load?" Her response was another decidedly unfriendly "No!" This was my first time to go to Bubble Room Laundry. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the entire facility. Not only inside where the restrooms were very clean but the laundry area which included the machines, floors, tables, etc. and that sanitation and cleanliness carried into the parking area as well. I have been to three of his stores and decided to try this store, what a shock when I walk in, the coin machine didn't give me bills back when I put a $20 in,all the other stores did , machines were out of order, if you head south you can't turn into the parking lot, the night lady was very friendly and nice, the place is busy and since there isn't any other laundry mat close it should be in tip top shape, across the street is apartments and while I was here it was very busy too,the owner is really nice too? This was my first time here and the old lady at the counter kept her eyes on me like a hawk. It causes for a very uncomfortable experience. She was extremely rude when having to put my clothes to dry stating that I'm overloading the dryers when I'm barely putting any clothes in there. From her angle at the counter it may look like a lot but from my angle the dryer is barely even half way full. Definitely will not be returning. I've had a problem with the same attendant as NANCY'S REVIEW in Google maps reviews, as well as MANY others. I went to get change at their front desk because I need a dollar coins. It was 8:00 a.m. she's on the phone just like in her pictures & then scoffed at me & was upset that I was asking her for these dollar bill coins for the machine because the machine was closed down. She scoffed at me & then told the person on her call " can I call you back, I have someone". Not in a nice professional tone. She was really put out that I disturbed her on her personal chatty phone call because a customer needed soap and coins. She told me "you better be glad I'm here because I'm leaving for a drs appt". My thoughts, are you not an employee? Who is going to give change and soap if no one is here? Sure enough, she left. I did get my change, but she seemed very put out to ask her for help. Even more put out when I had to ask for help a second time because the machine would not take my 5 dollar bill after 20 attempts. I almost had to wait til she got back from her appt. I felt trapped & my clothes & me hostage on her time frame. Bitter, thats all I have to say & I have been nothing but friendly to her each & every time. I don't deserve a snarky mouth no matter what her age is. I didnt believe the review of Nancy because I've been here several times and never experiences it....but today was my snarky day I guess. The other employees have been nice and I've had no other problems. Other than that, it is a clean laundry mat. Even the bathroom is immaculate for a bathroom at a laundry mat. While sitting here doing laundry hotel crew decides to show up & use up all 16 working for their hotel sheets and towels. The smart thing would have been to limit the amount of dryers that they use maybe possibly getting them half that way the other customers here at the shop to dry their laundry. They still have about 10 more bags to shove in. I had I had the attendant to call management management refuses to limit the amount of dryers this hotel is using. I've been here far longer than they have I watched them drive up. This is an absolute shit laundry place. Round three on this fine April. I thought everything was going well but that bitch of an attendant is here again that old lady is nothing but hate. When I walked in she proceeded to tell me how I put the money in the wrong machine. That is my fault. She claimed she knew for a while. I also mentioned that I could see her from my car & she could see me sitting in my car & she could have let me know. But she said that's not her responsibility. I told her she could have been a nice person & yet she still had nothing but shit to say & hate spewing out her mouth about her & whoever she was talking with on the phone knows about all of it. As if there's not tons of other laundromats. I said that's okay I'm not coming back I'm tired of dealing you and the company that continues to employ you. She said we don't need your money. It's okay I can take my money somewhere else where it's wanted. Someplace that actually has good customer service. Somebody that's nice enough that if you see a problem and you are just about 30 ft away from helping somebody that you would take the time to actually do it. But that's just too much for you to get up out of your chair with your fat ass and off the phone with your friend. If you were my employee I would have fired you long time ago because my customers mean a lot to the business after all that's what pays the bills is the customers. My friends used this laundromat (The Bubble Room Laundromat) and the employee locked the doors while they were in the laundromat. My friends told the employee that locking the doors was in violation of the fire code. The employee did not agree and called her manager. She also called the police, which my friends agreed that they should be called. The police were very helpful in this matter, and my friends were able to leave the laundromat, but with wet clothes. The business banned them from their business. I guess you cannot tell businesses that they are commiting a fire code violation!!! Check the hours with the company cuz they are not as stated on the door sign. Also go again Osha regulations. Don't plan to dry your clothes if the employee has any kind of attitude that day. She cuts the power to your dryers. read more

Nice place, REALLY nice employees. Always have plenty of machines open and never too crowded. I especially like the available various load size options--I'm kind of a stickler on sorting my laundry so I can use the XL one for my bed linens and comforter down to the smallest for my delicates. Don't worry about quarters, they have a machine that takes all the way up to $20s. To be honest I'm not sure how the prices match up to other laundromats because this is the first time I've had to use one because I don't have a laundry facility available at my apartments. I did a good amount of laundry for $18.50 which I find a little pricey, but I was happy with the results and it was pretty fast (about 2 hours) My price breakdown: Wash = $12.50 (XL $6.50 + M $3.50 + S $2.50) Dry = $4.50 (45 minutes x2 [$.25 per 5min]) 6 dryer sheets = $1.50 ($.75 for 2 the lady gave me a couple extra ) Make sure you bring your own detergent (machines take both powder and liquid) because yes they have it but it's pretty pricey. Side note: I was freaking out cuz I thought I lost my phone and the ladies working helped me look for it and called it for me. (Embarrassingly, I realized that I left it home ) THANK YOU!! read more

Dropped off dry cleaning here because our usual place happened to be closed. Took two days. Cost a little more than i anticipated. The laundromat is one of the cleanest I've seen. Free wifi. Toy box filled with stuff to keep kiddos entertained, but the really should put safety outlet covers on the outlet near the toy box. Lots of snacks and food available. The folks that run the place were nice. No complaints. They offered to give me a call when my 5 shirts and suit were ready. we will likely return to them for our dry cleaning needs. I would give them a 5 star, but I feel that 2 days seems a bit long for the price. read more

A few broken machines and the pictures on here DO NOT look like they are when you go there. The lady/owner was very friendly but the drying machines do not dry your clothes at all. Had to put in so many quarters to where I just said I'll air dry them myself. This place is clean and they have a lot of machines in different sizes/prices. The ladies who run it are very nice and willing to help with whatever. The only drawback is that they're usually busy, which could leave you having to do more loads if you're left with a smaller sized machine. Clean! Inexpensive! All the washers and dryers were working!! That last one seems to be a big problem with most laundromats.

I went there to wash some oversized bedding. The ladies there are very nice and the place is very clean. There is free coffee available and all kinds of liquid detergents available for a small fee if you forget yours. read more

I have used the Bubble Room several times to wash my comforters. The staff handles my comforters with the utmost care, asks for soap preference, and always folds the comforters perfectly after washing them. The staff is totally amazing and friendly. I wouldn't take my comforters anywhere else. It's well worth the price! read more

After one month of coming to this establishment, I thought the prices for the washers were reasonable, the free WiFi was a plus, and the service was good. Until my last visit prompted me to go somewhere else- and this is why. If you want to come here, do so everyday but Sunday. They will not want to break a $20 for you (and literally tell you to go to the gas station down the street or to another business next door, their excuse is that the "banks are closed today") OR you can purchase something from their food and drink area. Just so you have an idea of what they're charging: $1.00 for a can of soda, $1.00 for a snickers bar, $1.00 for a plastic bottle of minute maid juice... the list goes on of overpriced food items. And its not like you're not already spending money in their establishment anyways. My advise to the management- plan better for Sundays, because you will lose customers by telling them they have to spend MORE money.... just to spend money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS. I went to the Quivira location for the first time on 5/25/17 because it was open late and ours was out at the time. I arrived to the location around 6:30 to 6:45 pm with my child. I was not there for even more then 5 minutes before the employee on duty (Vincent) came up to me telling me he told me last week that if I came back and started issues I was banned so he is warning me to watch it. I expressed to him I was unaware what he was talking about that this was my first time. He laughed in my face saying he knows my face I come in all the time he will have his manger pull video to show me. I requested the number to his manager and asked to be shown the video. I called the number I was given for Mary the general manager and had to leave a message. The whole time I was there he followed me and my son around made it uncomfortable to even wait inside so I took my son out by our car to play and wait. That didn't stop him he still followed me outside. during the almost 2 hours I was there he approached me 4 times telling me to watch it, called me names and even brought other customers to my face to have them tell me they have seen me there before. I literally could not wait to leave. I believe they may have had issues in the past with other customers but for this being my first time and expressing that to them he showed the poorest of customer service. From that night I called the number for the general manager and left a total of four messages with no callback. On 5/30/17 I called one last time this time I made them aware I would be contacting an attorney first thing in the morning because they are not taken issues that happen at their facility seriously. Mid day today 5/31/17 I finally get a call back from Mary she was nice on the phone she said she was fully aware of what happen. Requested the video I was told they had to prove I had been there before and I would like an apology after. She told me she was not going to do that she did not have the time that was days and hours of footage. She did say she was sorry for what had happened that Vincent is not normally like that. She also let me know that Vincent will not be with them for awhile until "he gets himself together " as she stated because yesterday he was committed to a hospital and began telling me why he was in the hospital. I will never go back to any of their location 1. poor customer service 2. they do not take issues with their employees and facilities seriously 3. management providing personal information regarding the employees just shows the type of people they are. read more

Washing machines are decent.... the dryers have not been kept up, they said they cleaned out the lines recently but my clothes took about an hour to dry in 2 spots but in another area all of my pants dried in 20 minutes, i opened the lint trap for the ones that took forever and sure enough there were holes all over the screen, i showed lady what i saw and she said it wasnt bad.... im a supervisor at an apartment complex, if i saw a lint trap screen like that i would say it needed to be replaced, but hey im just a guy using the laundromat facilities what do i know right? read more
