First time here, needed to get a new dip color. Did not care for the service, the guy was really rough with my hands. Apparently my fingers didn't move the way he wanted. He left my previous color all over my hands. I would not recommend because he was not very polite. The final look is okay, but messy. read more

Not a fan at all... went to get dip nails and the man who did my nails did not shape them really at all, didn't push back my cuticles, all the dip is uneven on my nails and I'm just all around unsatisfied... it took less than 45 mins to take off old polish and dip them and now I'm forced to shape them properly after I asked him to do it originally. The man that took care of my hands was very unfriendly and rough. I went in there two days ago for a removal of my gel polish and a manicure. He pulled my cuticle out with his fingernails, and I was bleeding. He then proceeded to use a cuticle cutter that he pulled out of his drawer to cut around where the blood was. He also used some sort of drill-type apparatus to get underneath my fingernails. That cut my skin (on a different finger) just under the nail. It's two days later now, and my fingertip is infected and very sore where he pulled the cuticle out. I would highly discourage you from using this shop. I won't be returning. read more

I have been trying to find a place to get gel nails that last more then a few days! lol be tried several places and 1 week ago today went to Lena and my nails are still perfect 1 week later!! Not to mention they gave a very relaxing spa pedicure too!! Most places don't massage your legs and such with lotion but they do here! I will be back forsure! read more

Ive been here 5/6 times prior to yelping. I'm going to base my experience on those or my star rating would be a 2. Ask for Thee, he is wonderful make an appointment if you have to. He uses the heel razor, gives medium pressure with massage, cuts my cuticles perfectly, and is very nice. My polish stay perfect for about 3 weeks. I pay $25 for pedicure or $35 for mani&pedi. After 3 visits they give a $5 discount, with your stamped Lena card. I do not get the Spa Pedicure because I don't like the pumice they tend to use it to remove the wax. It looks & feels dirty. read more

I went in for new gel polish and was shocked at the price. $30 for gel nails? Are you kidding? The manicurist Ann was wonderful and I was going to just chalk the experience up to being my fault for not asking the price first, but then less than 3 days later all of my nails were chipping. read more

Worst! Do not recommend! I just called to set up three appointments. The person who answered the phone (he said he was the manager) was very rude and unhelpful. I am a new customer and needed information about pricing and services. The manager actually hung up on me without saying anything at all once the appointments were made. I called back and told him he hung up on me, that I had asked for more information - he asked me "what you need?". I told him he could cancel all three appointments! read more
