Within 30 minutes of the review, the owner called me to essentially chew me out. The call ended with me having to hang up on her mid sentence. Now the Google review is gone, which I can only imagine is because the owner reported it, even though it was not created in poor taste, vulgar, or incorrect. It's very sad that you can't post an honest opinion without worrying about the owner aggressively calling you to ask what your problem is.

The mystic spray tan isn't always even; versa spa is better but this location doesn't have it. Custom airbrush tans are amazing! They've lasted longer and been more even at this location than any other business I've went to. Always even. Staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. I would have rated 5 stars, but the mystic spray was just a waste of my money for three months. You can switch any time. But I traveled and could not tan in the beds. I was on contract so had to stay and just do the best I could blending with an at-home self tanner.

When I signed up for a membership, the terms were not clearly explained to me. I was under the impression I was paying for one month, only to find out afterward that I had actually signed up for a two month membership and am now responsible for paying for both. If the membership terms had been properly explained instead of rushed through, this could have easily been avoided. On top of that, I was made to feel belittled because I wasn't using an expensive lotion. I was told about my lotion the first day, and then when I came back the next day, I was accused of having a lotion that I didn't even have. I was then told I was "not allowed" to use certain beds because of the lotion situation. If there are specific rules regarding which lotions can be used with certain beds, that information should be clearly communicated to customers instead of customers being made to feel stupid or embarrassed for not knowing. The customer service the third day was just as frustrating. I specifically told the employee I wanted to use a completely different bed, yet she proceeded to tell another customer that she was putting me in a different bed. Then, after I had already communicated what I wanted, I was told I would have to wait because someone was ahead of me. There is a huge difference between having policies and actually knowing how to communicate those policies respectfully and professionally. I have no problem following rules when they are explained to me clearly. What I do have a problem with is being charged for something I didn't understand I was signing up for, being talked down to over the products I use, being accused of having something I didn't have, and then being treated like an inconvenience when I was simply trying to use the membership I paid for. A business should want customers to feel welcomed and informed not embarrassed, confused, or belittled. Unfortunately, that is exactly how this experience made me feel. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

I only did 9 minutes, and later that day I was already DARK! The lotion to use when u get out to use that they leave in the room is amazing! I ended up going back and buying a bottle. Clean rooms.

She will also educate you in getting the best tan. She has a variety of services that most tanning salons don't offer. Her spray tans are flawless and last well over 2 weeks. I have spray tanned every week here for over 2 years. She maintains her tanning beds better than any salon I have been in. The bulbs are often changed and the beds are cleaned throughly. Completely happy with this tanning salon! I went in for the first time a few days ago to just get a…read morebasic month of tanning to get a base going for the summer time, and was very surprised in the salon and it's customer service level! And having gone back a couple times since and even dealing with different workers on different days - the customer service level is just the same. I've been used to the big chain tanning salons for so long that don't care at all about their customers which makes this place even more refreshing! I signed up for a month of unlimited tanning in the base beds (about $32/month) and I was shocked to see that they were having a sale to add on another month for only $9 more. They provide googles for your eye safety instead of making you purchase a pair every time you forget yours which I thought was great of them. I tan fairly easy and I have sensitive skin, so I normally don't use a lotion - but I looked over towards their samples and was immediately helped on what I was looking for and given suggestions based on their own use and use of the customers. I tried a sample and loved it - you receive 40% off lotion bottles, but not samples. BUT I had decided I loved the sample and bought the bottle once I was done and they took the price of the sample off the price of the lotion after already discounting it 40%. They seem to be truly in business to provide a great product and great environment for their customers.
