I sat for an hour and a half waiting for a pedicure; and the water was scolding hot!!!! then when I ask for the simple list of a design on a specific toe ; they acted like I had asked for diamonds to be stuck to my toes! Then I had asked for a soak off on my nails ; and new tips to be put on. Instead of soaking them off ; they wanted to pry them off! And then proceeded to tell me that it didn't hurt my nails....even though it peels off layers; after I kept complaining they finally decided to soak the remaining ones off.
