Not only are my nails crookedly shaped, the design is crooked, the color doesn't go to the cuticle. I asked for her to please go to my cuticle, she did on one hand, so now one of my nails look like they need to be done (when I left!) My nails are grasping my hair as I do anything with them. So, I guess I'll file them down to help with that. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
