Pablo and Becky are amazing! I went in a few months back for what I thought were closed earring holes (the standard, mall-made, earlobe location). Pablo was incredible - he explained how it was likely that the backs of my earrings were likely the culprit to my decades-long piercing issues and he also told me that I didn't need to have my old holes pierced. He actually opened up my old piercing and used a wider gauge post so my screw back studs won't agitate me when I go back to wearing them. He didn't charge me for the procedure (I just purchased some very basic titanium studs) AND he's having me come back in to adjust my studs (he sells a unique two part earring and starts with a longer post on the back of the earring so the earring can accommodate for swelling and later swaps the post for a shorter one). My ears have healed perfectly and I can't wait to go back to wearing earrings. I also want to mention that Becky is a sweetheart - I accidentally missed my adjustment appointment and she was so gracious about it! read more

I had a great experience. I needed a new stud for my nose piercing. This was my first time buying jewelry since having the piercing done (it was done at a different location in a different state). The person who helped me was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I was having a really hard time making my choice and they were very patient. I will return for future services or jewelry. I had noticed my tragus piercing was missing on of its stopper pieces, and I called Becky on a whim to see if I could have her put it back on. Not only did she and Pablo keep the shop open AFTER HOURS (they see clients right up to close), she assessed my piercing and helped me understand that it was best if I remove the piercing. She gave me a whole anatomy lesson about how a tragus should look, and what went wrong at my piercer previously. We have never been in before but Pablo was great when I called and said they would totally be able to help us. This place is great! Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. She's six years old. It's ran by a husband and wife. Becky showed my daughter some earrings, brought her back to a very clean room and went over all the procedures. My daughter ended up being too scared to get her ears pierced (she was scared before she came in and I thought this might happen), but the staff was very patient and understanding and didn't charge us for anything.
