My cousin found Sam on Instagram and his work was so badass. So I called the shop and spoke with him. Honestly, SUPER nice guy! I got a quick turn around appt with him and sent him over my design. Fast forward to today... when I had completely changed my design and didn't tell him until I showed up for my appt. Sam was just as nice and personable in person, my changes were no big deal at all. I sat on their comfy couch and watched tv while he made my stencil, then we got to it. We passed the time bullshitting about anything and everything, time literally flew by and then bam- my tattoo was done! I have quite a bit of tattoos, and this was my least painful! For those wondering, she provides advice on what to do and not do before the appointment, checks up on your during the session and contacts you a few days after the session to make sure the tattoo is healing properly. I walked in absolutely terrified because the only piercings I'd had before were my earlobes, which my parents had done when I was less than a year old. The staff was incredibly reassuring, patient, and kind! When the needle finally went through, I honestly didn't even realize it had happened. Since then, I've gotten additional ear piercings elsewhere and have had far more complications with those than I ever did with my nose piercing from Zebra. Originally came in a month ago to get some piercings and honestly had a wonderful experience, the woman at the counter whom I believe was a manager was great and the piercer David was equally as pleasant to work with. Despite an issue with my ID at the beginning, that was totally my fault, I left that night happy with a card to return in a months time to get the bars on my piercings downsized for $10 each. Upon returning today, roughly 1 month later, I found out that neither David nor the other woman worked at this location any longer. Definite bummer as they were great to work with but not the end of the world. Once getting to the counter and checking in with the younger associates working I was immediately turned off from returning again. Upon giving them the downsize card I was told that the price on it was wrong and instead of it being $10 to downsize it was $15 and that the person who gave it to me should've crossed it out and told me that. The girl who was helping me said she would ask and upon returning said there was nothing she could do since the other woman no longer worked there and she should've been the one to tell me. I told her I worked in retail myself and that was a shitty thing to do to a customer who had already paid over $200 just to get them pierced in the first place and I was given that information by an employee during my first visit there. I understand that policies change and that people leave but if your businesses printed card states one price I feel as though it should be honored and then just let the customer know that next time it might be a different price. After complaining she did go back to her manager and came back agreeing to honor the price but between that and her attitude about the situation it just left a bad taste in my mouth. After paying I waited my turn and was seen by Tiara who just like David was absolutely wonderful! When leaving the back piercing room I even spotted a stack of the exact same cards that state the $10 downsize fee and not "$15" like the girl up front had told me. Overall the piercers here are amazing but the front desk staff needs some serious customer service retraining and please get some new cards that reflect pricing changes so you don't have issues like this in the future!

I sent her lots of reference images and the tattoo she created was exactly what I wanted. Her communication was consistent and she got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. I wanted a fine line design with some ornamental touches and I'm so happy with my result. The studio is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. My tattoo was pretty large for my first one, but I felt fine the entire time and Arie checked on me consistently. Applying the stencil took time, but I'm grateful for that because the placement was exactly what I wanted. We ended up going bigger day of and seeing the piece on my body with a stencil was super helpful in getting it right. I really appreciated Arie's calm demeanor & attention to detail!
