Appointment confirmation. Yes I hit confirm.

Zero stars if i could.. Appointment was scheduled online, and I provided Insurance information. I get a call last week to provide insurance info again.. annoying but ok, no big deal. I got an email confirmation, appointment was confirmed for 8am today. I showed up at 8am, doors locked, no lights on. I waited a few minutes and called. No answer. Sign on door says they don't open until 9am. I took time off work for this.

Her first eye exam.

Wesling, I was also comfortable with the eye exams, and he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative about my results.

*gladly showed you here you go* Office says open on…read moreSaturdays yet they're closed..? My boyfriend worked all week and his first day off was today, so he went a little after 9AM (when they're suppose to be open) & nobody is there. Might be a good idea to update your business hours online.

Oh, what an amazing experience my wife and I had at this place! We waited a mere two weeks for our…read moreglasses to arrive--totally worth it, right? Except, when we finally tried them on, the lenses turned every light into a kaleidoscope, and we immediately felt dizzy. Fun! I went back the very next day, and their solution? "Oh, there's nothing we can do." Brilliant. But wait, they did offer to send them back to the lab to "recheck"--how generous. I told them if they couldn't fix it, I wanted a refund because these glasses were absolute garbage. For the amount of money we spent--on top of using our insurance--you'd think they'd offer a little more than the customer service equivalent of a shrug. And here's the kicker: when I brought up my wife's glasses, they refused to even look at them unless she came in personally. I explained that she works nights and sleeps during the day, but apparently, that's not their problem. Nice touch. As someone who's worn glasses my entire life, it was so refreshing to be talked down to like I have no clue what I'm doing. Bravo to this optometrist for setting a new low in customer service. If you're looking for terrible service, overpriced glasses, and a whole lot of attitude, this is your place! Otherwise, run!!!

They truly care about their patients and take the time to explain everything clearly. Every visit feels comfortable and welcoming. The eye exams are thorough, and they always make sure I'm happy with my lenses and frames. I especially appreciate how attentive they are when helping me choose the right glasses.

While personnel have a nice demeanor, I wouldn't personally return as my go-to optometrist. My…read moreoriginal prescription glasses were just fine and the doctor increased the prescription slightly. In comparing now, feel it was unnecessary. Secondly, they have a form to sign if you want to opt in or not to dilate your eyes. While I don't mind the extra $30, the doctor was trying to upsell me into coming for a follow-up visit for having dandruff in my eyelashes when that can be mitigated with an OTC product. It was at this point, the trust trying to instill was lost because attempting add ons here and there doesn't come off as genuine. When I shared I'm not into brand frames, the other lady mentioned stores carry only brand frames, which isn't true. My last 2 optometrist had generic frames - so I got the print of my prescription, went back to my old doctor (30min away) and he reassured me that what was seen in my eyelashes wasn't necessary for a follow-up visit since my condition was not severe. I'm glad I met Olive but my experience here only confirmed to go back to my old doctor, despite going out of my way in drive time.
