I was greatly warmly at the front desk by a young woman who took my information and let me know who would be out to see me first. I waited for about ten minutes and was asked to follow a nurse to a small room to do several eye tests. She returned me to the waiting room which was attached to their eyeglass area with lots of frame options. Dr. Morgan came out and got me and escorted me to an exam room. He went through the normal battery of tests. He asked lots of questions and was straightforward with information which I appreciated. I got my new prescription and took a look around at all of the frames. All of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to facility and Dr. Morgan. Cameron helped me with the initial exams, and he was absolutely wonderful--friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to explain things clearly and had such a positive, reassuring energy. Jeffrey from sales also went above and beyond helping me find the right options. I have been going to a big box optical store for the better part of 15 years. I decided that there…read moremight be a better experience and care waiting for me at a dedicated optometrist, so I gave this one a try on a friends recommendation. Long story short - Dr. Rex Werner identified a missing component in my prescription, and a potential future eye issue that I had not been informed of in all the years I had been going to the big box store. He also took the time to thoroughly explain my prescription, what it means, how it affects my vision throughout different situations, and how best to use the corrective implements (I got both a glasses and contact prescription) in those different situations. He also switched me over to a new contact lens brand that not only felt much, much better, allowed me to see better in different conditions. The difference in my experiences between this boutique optometrist and the big box store could not be greater, and I am very, very happy. Bottom line - this shop is over 15 miles from my house, but I will happily drive to receive the level of care that this office provides. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We opted to do their pre-paid exams, but found it not as useful and it was portrayed, and they charge your card without a warning. They do have a nice selection of very high end frames. Prices are not on the low side here.

I then had about 10 minutes with the actual doctor who talked me through my results and his diagnosis. Very little waiting involved. I then went to the glasses area where a person explained to me what my insurance covers and what will be out of pocket. I'm assuming they were reasonable prices, but I really don't have a clue. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I felt like cattle being herded from one place to the next. It wasn't bad, but it just felt very sterile. It would have been nice to have had at least a cursory conversation as I picked out frames just to bounce ideas off of.

The quickest, laziest, most basic eye exam ever. Not even kidding. Eqch appointment rook less then…read more10 minutes total, start to finish. My husband wanted glasses and contact exam, somehow only the glasses one was done. When we rralized they didnt do both, which was within minutes of him being done, they couldnt tske him back in and we would have to make another appointment on another day, which would have had to be cash because insurance wouldn't cover a 2nd appointment. So, that was a no go for us. Absolute worst customer service from the office staff. Very hands off and uninterested in helping anyone in the store. We witness the same treatment to everyone who came in while we were there. My husband and I looked at glasses for 30 minutes, no offer to open cases, even after standing at a case several times obviously interested. Finally asked for help, the unlocked it and walked away, no offer of help. Had to ask each time we wanted to try a pair on and they were obviously upset about having to get up from behind the desk. No other customers were there. My husband Finally picked a pair and we went up to order. They placed the order without even asking if we wanted any of the add ons (stratch resistant, blue light, progressive,etc). We didnt realize until they gave us a total, then "couldn't" add any of the things we wanted because the order was placed (yet we hadn't paid). We pushed it and they were able to make changes. I asked for my prescription to be printed so I could order contacts online. They only printed my glasses prescription. My husband went in today to pick up his new glasses. The lady handed them to him and walked away. Didn't check to make sure yhey, needed any adjustments. She honestly didn't even stick around long enough to make sure they were the ones he ordered. We had 4 appointments the day we went in (us and 2 of our sons). All 4 of us left thinking it was a complete waste of time and money. Definitely regret going there and will never return. Yeah they have a good selection of high end glasses but nothing I couldn't find elsewhere.

What stands out? The treatment. Appointments with the actual doctor are quick, efficient, but not…read morerushed. Unlike other places, this isn't an assembly line like event where it's fast questions, boom, and then done. The doctor actually listens to what you say, gives you options to consider, and is over all, respectful. Kind of what all places should be like, but Eye Styles is a rarity like that, very worth while choice.
