My husband and I were looking forward to a nice meal together, and while the food was decent, there was barely any meat in either of our dishes, the server was zoned out when taking our orders and had to ask again. The food was served in to go plates even though we dined in. It was disappointing to see such a lovely place have such a dismal atmosphere.

So there was a good-sized parking lot with alot of parking spaces. I got the Chicken Pad Thai at medium spice and a Thai Tea with boba. My friend and I also split eggrolls. I have to say, those eggrolls were phenomenal. They were just perfect in every way, they had a very crispy golden texture on the outside. The filling was very flavorful, the meat was seasoned well. I loved everything about it and out of the many Asian restaurants I've been to in the area, their eggrolls are my favorite and at the top of my list. My Chicken Pad Thai was decent. The spice level was perfect, flavor was good, and the portion size was very nice. For me, I feel like flavor could've been a little stronger, it just felt weak to me. My entree was okay, not bad at all by any means, but it just wasn't my favorite. It didn't stand out to me. I'd probably go to another place for their Pad Thai rather than here. The Thai Tea itself was delicious, it was sweet, creamy, and still had that Thai Tea flavor that shined through. However the boba/tapioca pearls were very tough. It was very tough and hard to chew. It didn't taste like a fresh batch, they weren't soft and chewy at all so I'm assuming it's from an older batch from a couple hours ago. The inside was alright, there were many tables to sit and eat at. Once we got inside, the server told us to sit anywhere we'd like and order at the front. But once I made my way to the cashier to order, the floor was very sticky. It was noticeable with every step I took. We had a decent experience, but I'm not sure I'd return.

The egg rolls are some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. The counter service was patient and friendly. The restaurant is *very* clean. The negative: It's counter serve, and they clearly want you to take your food and get the hell out of there. The seating is spare, the decor is spartan, and there are ZERO amenities at the tables. There's no water unless you pay for it. Want chopsticks? Here are some *to go* chopsticks. Oh, you want soy sauce? Let me get some from behind the counter. This could have earned five stars if they'd only put some thought into customer service.

We've had a lot of Thai food around town, but we always come find our way back to Yummy Thai food truck. We tried the brick and mortar which is owned by the same family, but the food truck is much better tasting, and the service is much faster since it's a food truck vS a restaurant. There isn't much of an ambiance, since it's parked outside of Dirty Jane's Antiques, so I would recommend they add a pop up tent with a table and chairs (if allowed) for those who want to devour the food immediately, and to also draw more attention to the business. I'm getting hungry just writing this. Enjoy!!

You text the business number, list what you want, and give your name, call back number, and pickup time. I literally copied and pasted from the previous text every time using the same template and just changed the food items, for 2+ years. Never had any problem until a couple weeks ago. The owner missed the time, tried to say I didn't list a pickup time, and got an attitude when I responded by sending him a screenshot showing that I did specify a time, as always. I decided to just cancel the order, still 1 hour in advance, and went somewhere else. He responded to this by blocking my phone number, effectively banning me. This is petty, vindictive, and highly unprofessional behavior towards a loyal customer who has supported his business with literally thousands of dollars over 2+ years, all because the owner had to act like someone else was at fault for his simple mistake. I wasn't even upset at all! I was just trying to alert him as rapidly as possible when I realized he had the time wrong so they didn't start the order early. Basic Customer Service - All this guy had to do was say "Oh, I didn't see that, see you at 6pm." No big deal. Instead he gets an attitude and bans a loyal customer for no reason who didn't even say anything negative to him. Completely unhinged. See a therapist dude. It was a mistake supporting that business all this time. Honestly, the food was great. The Pad Thai nailed that combination between sweet and savory. The noodle consistency was perfect, and the veggies tasted fresh and crunchy. For me, I felt like I could've ordered hot to satisfy my spice level. But I added their chili oil on top and it was delicious. It was spicy and a nice addition to the overall dish. The only downside is that this is the smallest portion size of Pad Thai I've had in this area. Other places in the Chattanooga area give a large portion size, so I was a little sad to have finished my whole plate without any leftovers. That's my only qualm with this place but I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone who won't get sick of me sharing about this place lol. I will definitely return again.

Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clean and spacious the restaurant was. The outside was also very well-kept, which was a nice first impression. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and welcoming. I went back to my car to wait for my order, and when I returned inside, the young lady working was also very helpful. I let her know I had already placed my order, and everything was ready in about 10 minutes. I ordered the salted coffee and spring rolls. While the gentleman was making my coffee, I could hear him mixing all that goodness together, which definitely had me excited to try it! The coffee is made with condensed milk, which adds a nice sweetness. Now, for the drink rating--I'd give the salted coffee a solid 8/10. The coffee itself was good and had a nice, consistent flavor. My only issue was that the salt was a little too much for my personal taste. If you enjoy a stronger salty flavor, though, you may really like it! The spring rolls were also good, but unfortunately, I had to stop eating them once I realized they contained chicken. I didn't realize they had chicken when I ordered them. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return to try some of the other menu items the next time I'm in town or before I leave!
