Today I could not wait for the end of my shift and been thinking of this place. So I got here and I ordered the pad prik and the magic is at work in the kitchen. They work hard. I see them walking around and I can only think a pinch of this and a dash of that and a scoop of this and a scoop of that. The cook's awesome talent made an awesome meal and I love the hottest seasoning . And I can't express how delicious this is . Thank you . I got two more orders of the same thing. We were driving through for a GA adventure and wanted something hot, tasty, local...and with a veggie of some kind. Since we are trying to wean our kids off of mac and cheese and nuggets and branch out with cuisine by taking baby steps with fried noodle kid meals at Han Thai. I ordered pad see ew with a combo of chicken and fried tofu. My husband ordered pineapple fried rice and my kiddos all enjoyed their fried noodle kid dishes (which came with a spring roll). However, there was an insane upcharge to add protein to kid dishes. Protein was included in adult entrees, which were somewhat pricey. IF--and it's a big if--you have the patience, the food here can be worth it. My family and I have been enjoying takeout from this spot for years, but the experience has become increasingly inconsistent. Sometimes, a cook calls out and suddenly popular menu items aren't available. Other times, it's a standard Thursday night at 7 p.m., and takeout orders are running two hours behind. I understand--things happen. But at some point, it's on the restaurant to staff appropriately. The food is good. But the staffing, particularly on the front end, needs serious improvement. A teenage girl with zero interest in the job is not who you want answering the phone. Every time I call, she puts me on hold for 5-10 minutes, only to come back and tell me it'll be over an hour for takeout. That kind of customer experience makes me not want to eat here at all--and I've stopped. I now hang up as soon as I hear her voice. If you want to keep customers, hire better cashiers, train them well, and add more kitchen support. People are willing to wait for good food--but not for bad service. read more

not the best thai food but not bad for cleveland . i ordered for takeout: chicken pad thai, mango sticky rice and an iced thai tea . customer service was great. the pad thai wasn't bad. definitely was missing more sauce and garnish on top. next time i'll go up on heat level because it was lacking flavor and wasn't spicy at all. mango sticky rice was dry and such a small portion! iced thai tea was good but also a small portion! next time i'll dine in. i'm hoping that the food straight out the kitchen makes a difference. read more

The menu had all the basic Thai offerings you would expect, although the prices were on the high end. We ordered Sweet Basil Beef and Tofu Pad Thai and a bowl of Tom Yum. You order at the counter and your food is brought out to go, or served in take out containers on trays if you eat in. It certainly made taking our leftovers easy. It took a really long time to get our food, so much that we had to change our plans afterwards. In the end I wasn't too aggravated because it was the best Thai food I had ages. This place is amazing! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've been waiting a few months for the salads that they're supposedly adding to the menu. Otherwise definitely the best Thai food in Cleveland. Just make sure you order for pick-up beforehand if you're in a hurry because the food usually takes 20-25 minutes but it comes out hot and delicious! read more

I found this restaurant on Yelp after rafting the Ocoee with my husband and two kids and heading back to Chatt very hungry. Everyone was super excited for Thai food but my husband and I held a slight hesitance... was it really going to be good?? It was AMAZING!! I've been to Thailand three times, my husband twice and our oldest once. This is the absolute best and most authentic Thai food we have had since being there. I read it's very new and that's apparent as everything is super new and clean.
