The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. Chris came out, inspected my vehicle and it's issues. And he left, told me "He's never seen one do that before and he'd have to think about". After a couple of days of intense inspection he figured it out! The PCM had an internal short so it wouldn't ever throw a "Check engine" code. This guy is Good! My husband got our brakes replaced here recently and the car has been shaking terribly ever since. We went to see if the guy could take a look again to see what the issue was since obviously it's a safety issue and we have 5 kids that are also at risk. When I asked a question, he said he didn't do business with women and proceeded to tell my husband that he needed to be a "Man" and keep me quiet.
