Their service is top notch and completed within the timelines as agreed. In response to Gregory G's review, we agreed to a rental at the regular rates. An offer was made to return the RV with a full tank of fuel in lieu of the full rental rate, which would have resulted in a significantly lower cost. It was a a small token to show my appreciation for them taking additional time for fueling. Often I offer my customers price adjustments in similar situations. In terms of the RV not turning over, it was an unfortunate situation where it was the first rental of the season and a weak battery although I had a solar charger hooked to battery for several days prior where the weather was mostly rainy and overcast. Finally, in regards to the smell of gas, there are several repair facilities right next door. Any gas smells can be attributed to those garages and can not be controlled by either Yantz RV or Campers World. Yantz RV's priorities are to provide its customers with top quality, reliable and safe RVs.

I was driving on burilington street in Hamilton and saw my truck at a place called parkdale spring. when I went inside I did not say it was my truck and asked what they do here. they said everything but mostly spring work which was what my truck was in need of and at metro for. I asked if they do a lot of work for metro and they said yes they drop off trucks here all the time. if u are a business and cannot do the work like metro cant do here tell me don't charge me what ever some one else does and mark it up. I know how it sounds but i had a great experience with them. I had to bring my car into the dealership as an emergency, i managed to get a ride home but i was otherwise stranded and i normally commute an hour for work. About an hour from the dealership closing, i hadnt heard about my vehicle so i called inquiring about it. I was told that they couldnt get to my vehicle at all and maybe not even the next day. I asked about a loaner car and got denied but the dealership offered a discount with both Enterprise and Bristol car rental. I had never heard of Bristol before so admittedly i wrote them off. Not only did Enterprise reject the discount offer but they pressured me into making a decision about receiving a 'small car' for $99 a day. After the way i was spoken to, i hung up and called Bristol. I found them to be very friendly, they honoured the discount and said they could match the vehicle that i had the dealership working on. They offer both drop off and courier services but since i called only an hour from closing, they could not offer the service due to there only being one employee. I ended up uber-ing it to them and it was such an easy and fast process to rent a vehicle for just $45 a day. Victor was the one to handle everything, he walked me through every step and walked me to the vehicle outside. Right as the keys were put into my hand, the dealership called to say my vehicle was done and to pick it up before they closed in 20 minutes, they also could not offer me a shuttle and i really didnt want to spend more money on another uber. I was very frustrated and wasnt sure what to do or how to walk on the side of a very large road in order to get there. Victor immediately allowed me to 'return' the rented vehicle that i had for approximately 0.0005 seconds and very kindly offered to drive me to the dealership himself to pick up my car. After such a stressful and long day, this is the kindness that just warms your heart. Victor helped me without asking for anything in return and he didnt even make any money off of me, i didnt even get to use his services. He absolutely wasnt obligated to help me and yet he was so kind as to immediately refund me even though i had already paid and signed with him and then he went an extra step and helped me get to the dealership before they closed. So i will absolutely turn to Bristol every time i or a friend needs a rental and i WILL be asking for Victor again!
