They don't tell the kids its adult time please come back in x they just scream at the kids its adult time go away then continue with swearing etc. As a parent I don't need my 4 year old learning the F bomb. The park is full of outdated equipment, not the old Rubbermaid plastic equipment that is faded this is the old metal equipment that most parks and schools have removed as they pose a safety hazard. There is also a wooden log train for the kids to play on that is showing its age. There is a fishing pond but most of the time its more weeds that anything else. The security at night is obnoxious we have been told to put out the fire at 10:30, he told my wife and I its quiet time at 10pm. The Pull Thru sites are similar to US parks they are small. The sites are so close to Hwy 9 with no trees as a barrier so you have to sleep with the fan on and the windows closed unless your drunk, a few pull thru sites have septic access hatches on them so you have a concrete obstacles to deal with, Not very kid friendly. The rates are on par with most parks situated close to the city. If you live close to Toronto and want somewhere close by for the weekend it's Ok but try get in on a cheap weekend or it's not worth it. As a new RV dealer they have always had good prices and gave fair if not above average trade in values, you get a night free when you purchase a brand new unit with a fairly informative walk around. If you want somewhere to purchase a trailer and save some money go there buy your trailer and plan never return to have warranty or any other work done by them or have any other contact with them until you are ready to buy another unit. DO NOT service your equipment here under warranty or otherwise you get mediocre work at best and if you complain when they don't do what you paid for the mechanic refuses to work on your equipment ever again.

Buyer Beware - We purchased a brand-new Grand Design Momentum toy hauler from Outdoor Travel in…read moreNovember 2025. We were strongly encouraged and pushed to purchase an extended warranty on our purchase. At the time of purchase our unit was missing the table and after much follow up, we finally got the table 6 months later!! Fast forward to summer of 2026. In April we had a water leak issue with our roof vents and took the RV back to Outdoor Travel on August 10th. 7 weeks later and our trailer is still there, while they "review" our claim with Grand Design, blaming the manufacturer on denying coverage for our claim. What a disappointment that we missed half the summer/fall without the use of our trailer. Should you purchase a trailer from Outdoor Travel, I would recommend you strongly consider spending the money on an extended warranty (likely won't provide you with any reassurance or coverage). secondly, research where you purchase you RV from. Our experience to date has not been an easy one! I'm not even sure that there is a general manager at this location as reaching anyone who is able to resolve issues in a satisfactory or timely manner seems impossible!!

I think waiting weeks for a call back or an email is a bit extreme. I also paid almost $5000 for an extended warranty and was informed after I paid for it that there was a $150 deductible and they only cover mechanical components over $150. I called to speak to service and reception asked who my service advisor was (I told her I was never assigned an advisor) she snapped and said I can't just put your call through Willy Nilly, oh ok let me guess a name then OMG! so rude. This place is a joke and they have no concept of customer service. Never again will I buy a trailer from them.

Their service is top notch and completed within the timelines as agreed. In response to Gregory G's review, we agreed to a rental at the regular rates. An offer was made to return the RV with a full tank of fuel in lieu of the full rental rate, which would have resulted in a significantly lower cost. It was a a small token to show my appreciation for them taking additional time for fueling. Often I offer my customers price adjustments in similar situations. In terms of the RV not turning over, it was an unfortunate situation where it was the first rental of the season and a weak battery although I had a solar charger hooked to battery for several days prior where the weather was mostly rainy and overcast. Finally, in regards to the smell of gas, there are several repair facilities right next door. Any gas smells can be attributed to those garages and can not be controlled by either Yantz RV or Campers World. Yantz RV's priorities are to provide its customers with top quality, reliable and safe RVs.

I was treated like a PC of crap in the process and even hung up on at one point. I can't imagine why a company does not want business $$$ but they sure wont ever get any of mine. Dealer disputes or something hold customers hostage. Very arrogant service policies. Company shows good reviews till you look closely at service dept reviews, the truth is shown there. P.S in another review they even said I saved $1000s of dollars at the other dealer. Those are their own words not mine, they simply did not have the trailer style I wanted in 2 visits. At the end of the walk through we asked if we could have our own guy go through the camper, again, insisted there was no need as the Guys are good. 1st time out, July 17, 2026, plugged in, fridge was broken, master board. We had to use mobile service as per the tech guy from camping world, who gave us the number to call. We paid out $1,980.00 now it works. They also told us to go back to our store as we just purchased the TT 3 months prior. Immediately went to store to inform them they sold us a non-working fridge without informing us. Told us they would see what they could do to make us whole, as per Al, the store manager. We called him numerous times, crickets, no response from anyone to this day. They sold us the TT knowing the fridge was broken, assured us we didn't need an independent inspector then refuse to help us. Will not return our calls. I will never recommend this place to anyone. We are retired and now in more debt. Had to put 1 star to post. I personally wouldn't give any.
