She could really use some…read moretraining in customer service- this was the opposite of being helpful, and really this is an expensive option for calling a random business off the street (versus taking your car to a dealership), you would think they would put a bit more emphasis on being customer service oriented. I can not wait around for a 4 hour appointment on-site, rather than just taking my car for drop off at the dealership. Appointment availability was not great. It would probably be better if they could offer shorter appointment lengths and online booking so you could fit it into your calendar (if yours is a busy one like mine). Oh well, too bad it didn't work out but it is not worth the effort of trying to email back and forth fitting a 4 hour appointment with no guarantee of service like a dealership, for the same price.

Could not be happier how things turned out. In the end, it was better to go with someone who specialize in something like this and pay a bit more. There is really not much else around for anyone just waiting. If you have another ride/person able to pick you up while you wait, that would be helpful. Their service is top notch and completed within the timelines as agreed. In response to Gregory G's review, we agreed to a rental at the regular rates. An offer was made to return the RV with a full tank of fuel in lieu of the full rental rate, which would have resulted in a significantly lower cost. It was a a small token to show my appreciation for them taking additional time for fueling. Often I offer my customers price adjustments in similar situations. In terms of the RV not turning over, it was an unfortunate situation where it was the first rental of the season and a weak battery although I had a solar charger hooked to battery for several days prior where the weather was mostly rainy and overcast. Finally, in regards to the smell of gas, there are several repair facilities right next door. Any gas smells can be attributed to those garages and can not be controlled by either Yantz RV or Campers World. Yantz RV's priorities are to provide its customers with top quality, reliable and safe RVs.

I know how it sounds but i had a great experience with them. I had to bring my car into the dealership as an emergency, i managed to get a ride home but i was otherwise stranded and i normally commute an hour for work. About an hour from the dealership closing, i hadnt heard about my vehicle so i called inquiring about it. I was told that they couldnt get to my vehicle at all and maybe not even the next day. I asked about a loaner car and got denied but the dealership offered a discount with both Enterprise and Bristol car rental. I had never heard of Bristol before so admittedly i wrote them off. Not only did Enterprise reject the discount offer but they pressured me into making a decision about receiving a 'small car' for $99 a day. After the way i was spoken to, i hung up and called Bristol. I found them to be very friendly, they honoured the discount and said they could match the vehicle that i had the dealership working on. They offer both drop off and courier services but since i called only an hour from closing, they could not offer the service due to there only being one employee. I ended up uber-ing it to them and it was such an easy and fast process to rent a vehicle for just $45 a day. Victor was the one to handle everything, he walked me through every step and walked me to the vehicle outside. Right as the keys were put into my hand, the dealership called to say my vehicle was done and to pick it up before they closed in 20 minutes, they also could not offer me a shuttle and i really didnt want to spend more money on another uber. I was very frustrated and wasnt sure what to do or how to walk on the side of a very large road in order to get there. Victor immediately allowed me to 'return' the rented vehicle that i had for approximately 0.0005 seconds and very kindly offered to drive me to the dealership himself to pick up my car. After such a stressful and long day, this is the kindness that just warms your heart. Victor helped me without asking for anything in return and he didnt even make any money off of me, i didnt even get to use his services. He absolutely wasnt obligated to help me and yet he was so kind as to immediately refund me even though i had already paid and signed with him and then he went an extra step and helped me get to the dealership before they closed. So i will absolutely turn to Bristol every time i or a friend needs a rental and i WILL be asking for Victor again!

My timing issue was solved but prior to that the mechanic asked me "WHY" was my engine popping thru…read morethe carbs, I had to inform him the timing was still out. Excuses were given why the carb main jets could not be replaced, (simple job) did it myself after I trailered my ride home from their shop. Thankfully I inspected the work that was done I discovered stator cover screws that were loose not torqued to spec, one screw was replaced with the wrong diameter (too small) which indicated an amature approach at best, final heads up inspect their work will save you some possible issues down the road.

RENTERS BEWARE OF ADJUSTMENTS ON ARRIVAL / BEING OVER CHARGED…read more Read ENTIRE Rental Agreement closely. Important details regarding rental are not highlighted by rental department staff. You would think it would be incumbent upon Outdoor Travel management to highlight potential additional charges at pick-up. We were shown how to use onboard generator but not advised that there was an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for use. That important COSTLY detail was only discovered when final bill was received. Not only were we not made aware of possible additional charge(s) (charges as listed in the Rental Description (SMALL PRINT) / Adjustments On Arrival (SMALL PRINT), we were OVERCHARGED FOR USE OF GENERATOR. Adjustment to bill was only made AFTER matter was brought up with Rental Management. Spoke to Rental Manager then RV Sales Manager regarding matter. Even though the possible charge was not disclosed at pickup, their argument was "Use was listed in the agreement (SMALL PRINT) and to expect no adjustments". Having discussed matter with RV Sales Manager, this appeared to be a revenue-grabbing opportunity for company. There was absolutely no consideration for the customer! RENTERS BEWARE OF FINE PRINT IN AGREEMENT!! Had we simply been advised of use, alternative arrangements would have been made to mitigate the COSTLY generator bill. WILL DEFININATELY NOT RETURN!!!! If you are looking to purchase, drive up to SICARD RV. Have dealt with them on multiple occasions in the past. They know how to look after their customers and provide outstanding customer service!!
