Don't ever buy a trailer from Sicard RV if you are going to put it in a trailer park. They will not come to the park to winterize it.

Fantastic RV Dealer, knowledgeable, professional staff. Beautiful new building very clean well…read moredesigned. Great prices on Trailers of all kinds. Super selection of accessories.

Since writing our intial review, about our positive experience buying, we have had multiple issues that have been not resolved/poorly resolved by Outdoor Travel. These are the most recent..... -Within a year, our flush "leaked" and flooded our trailer. This was the second time we used the flush to clean the black tank. They "fixed" it, only to find that it was still leaking when we tried to use it again. We just decided we weren't going to deal with it and have not used it since. No cost for them to "repair" it, but we recieved a $200 bill almost 7 months later, when they told us this was actually not covered. -seals on our slide out - again within a year, these starting falling off. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by putting staples in the seal. We were not happy with this fix, but I called Aspen and they said this was their recommendation. Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $200 for staples. - back window was very hard to open - again within the year. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by bending it? It still sticks......Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $100. So total for this bill, when we were told no cost at pick-up in May (we received 7 months later...even though we have been there a couple times since and they did not mention) was $600 and they put some staples in, pushed the window in, and fixed one fitting on the flush and now it leaks somewhere else...... Again, these are only some of the issues we have had......I would think twice about buying from Outdoor Travel.

Avoid this place unless you want to risk losing your deposit even with the owner's verbal promise…read moreand a written receipt. In December 2024, I visited this RV dealership after seeing their Facebook ad for a 2000 Tiffin Allegro Class A RV listed at $12,900. I was seriously considering switching to RV living, and this was one of the few options nearby. I spoke with a salesperson named Steve, who was polite, and then with Tony, one of the owners. I told Tony I needed more time to think about it, and offered to leave a $50 hold fee. He refused that and instead asked for a $1,000 deposit, telling me, "If you don't want it in two days, I will refund it to you. I'm the owner, I bend the rules. You have my word, and I'll even put it on the bill of sale." I have the full conversation recorded. Based on that verbal promise and his position as the owner, I agreed. I was given a receipt (which I still have), and paid by e-transfer. Two days later, on December 11, I went back to cancel. Tony was slightly upset, but ultimately agreed to refund the deposit via cheque--this part is also recorded. However, at that moment another owner, Paul Buro, stepped in aggressively, shouting that they lost customers because of me and that I "signed the paper," so I wouldn't get a cent back. He told me to take him to court and said he had lawyers. When I tried to reason with Tony again, Paul repeatedly cut me off. Tony stayed mostly silent. Eventually Paul told me to leave or he'd call the police. On December 16, I returned with a friend who recorded our second visit. Things escalated: Paul raised his voice, threatened to physically remove us, and actually called the police. We waited outside for over an hour, but no officers arrived. Hours later, a police officer called me and said they couldn't help and I'd need to take civil action. I have: * A written receipt from the business. * A bank record of the $1,000 transfer. * Full audio recording of the owner promising a refund within two days. * Video footage of the second confrontation. * Police call records. Despite all of this, I have not received a single dollar back. Be extremely cautious if you're considering doing business here. Don't rely on verbal promises, even from the owner. I'm now pursuing legal action.

I'm writing this as a former employee because people absolutely need to know what they're walking…read moreinto with this dealership. After what I witnessed working here, I can say confidently that if you shop at this dealership, you will be disappointed -- and likely much worse. Every single trailer that came through during my time there was damaged, scratch-and-dent, or loaded with hidden issues, and not once did I see a proper pre-inspection before these units were pushed onto customers. The entire goal was to rush walkthroughs, avoid questions, and get people to sign papers before they realized what they were actually buying. Anything customers noticed was "patched" at best -- never properly repaired -- and the expectation was to get the unit out the door, no matter the condition. After delivery? Good luck. Calls, emails, and messages go unanswered, and customers get stuck dealing with serious problems on their own. I watched this happen constantly. A major source of the chaos is the owner, Paul. In my experience, he is aggressive, dismissive, and refuses to take responsibility for anything. When customers ask reasonable questions about money, deposits, or trailer issues, he often reacts with hostility and threats to call the police instead of having a professional conversation. That was the environment employees were expected to work under every day. Now for the part customers absolutely need to know: Deposits & Consignment -- BE WARNED During my time there, I saw countless situations where: Customers struggled to get their deposits back, even when nothing had been finalized. Consignment sellers had to chase the dealership endlessly for payment, and in many cases, the money was never returned in a timely or transparent manner. From what I witnessed firsthand, once the dealership has your deposit or sells your consignment trailer, good luck getting communication or clear answers about your money. This was one of the biggest ethical issues that pushed me to leave. About the Reviews Another thing shoppers should know: during my time there, it was extremely obvious which reviews were genuine and which looked like they came from people connected to the business. The overly positive reviews do not reflect what actually happens. The negative reviews are far closer to the truth. Final warning: Shop here at your own risk. If you're considering buying a trailer here, inspect every inch yourself, get EVERYTHING in writing, and understand that: you may not get your deposit back, you may struggle to get paid on consignment, and once you leave the lot, you're on your own. Based on what I personally witnessed working there, this is absolutely not a dealership I would recommend to anyone.
