It was 5:30 PM on Wednesday. What are the chances that we'd find someone who would come to our campsite ( Erie KOA) let alone solve our problem. The owner knew and diagnosed our problem over the phone and said he'd be out in 20 minutes. He and his able assistant arrived in 19. They reset the microcontrol, double checked their repair. We paid them with Venmo and they were on their way. If you have a RV problem in the Erie PA, area don't hesitate to call them.

Second time I've tried to deal with this business, it will be the last. I think I've felt more like a human being ordering from McDonalds. At least the staff at McDonalds wanted to take your order and give you a product. Wakley's wants to solicit business, and then give you the run around. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else.

I would recommend to anyone to go over ALL work/ everything supposed to be completed, even if that means crawling under your rv or getting up on the roof, and having them tell you exactly how they completed the repairs prior to paying & assuming that the work was completed in an acceptable professional manner, only to find out months later that it was not.
