It was 5:30 PM on Wednesday. What are the chances that we'd find someone who would come to our campsite ( Erie KOA) let alone solve our problem. The owner knew and diagnosed our problem over the phone and said he'd be out in 20 minutes. He and his able assistant arrived in 19. They reset the microcontrol, double checked their repair. We paid them with Venmo and they were on their way. If you have a RV problem in the Erie PA, area don't hesitate to call them.

He asked me to bring it in. He came right to me No waiting around. He tried to open but no go. got his boss, Brian, a ladder and tried all the slider windows but nothing was budging.
