I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.

My wife had damaged the fender just a little on our Chrysler Town & Country minivan when she went over a curb. The dealership had fixed the tire, but said that the fender would need to be replaced. I drive over to Charlie's and he grabbed a wrench, unscrewed the bolt, popped it back in and screwed everything back together! Yes... there may have been an underlying broken clip or something which may have been fixed perfectly with a new fender... thousands of dollars! He knew what I truly needed, and it looks amazing and you can't even tell that there was ever an issue! And the amazing part is that he refused any payment!
