I called…read morearound to several garages to see if anyone could take a look and just let me know if it was safe to continue driving until a repair could be done. I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they're really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move. We will continue to go see Joe and his crew any time we need to have work done on our vehicles. He's the absolute best and such a kind man. This garage deserves your business!

Jeep was worked on for over a week intermittently and I had to call in a couple times to get updates. Went to pick up when ready and pay my bill to take elsewhere as resolution dragged on. He said he had done "thousands." So I decided to give him a shot. It took awhile, but when he called and said it was ready he insisted I give it a test run. And it was unbelievable. Shifting is smooth, fast, quiet. The car is an absolute joy to drive. The cost was consistent with the estimate even though he found an issue that caused the check engine light to stay on. No one else could figure it out but he fixed it and the cost was still within the estimate. I have nothing but praise for this place. Thank you ten times over.

We were eventually told the truck had been put on the lift and that the transmission needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we believed the transmission might simply have been overfilled with fluid, but that possibility was dismissed without being checked. We had the truck towed to another repair shop, where they found the transmission had simply been overfilled with fluid. Nothing else needed to be repaired. To make matters worse, we were charged a diagnostic fee. If a proper diagnostic had actually been performed, it should have identified the real issue instead of incorrectly recommending a full transmission replacement. Based on our experience, this shop appears to take on more vehicles than it can reasonably handle and doesn't provide customers with a realistic timeline or explain how many vehicles are ahead of theirs. While we were there, we saw several customers decide to have their vehicles towed elsewhere rather than continue waiting. Overall, our experience was frustrating. We found the communication poor, the diagnosis inaccurate, and the service unprofessional. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop. STAY AWAY!!

Obviously it's a manufacturer issue but when you own a dealership it's your job to handle the warranty repairs. A few months after owning my vehicle my back up camera and speedometer screen would go black. I was told there was a recall for the dashboard computers but they had no direction from Kia as how to put it in without replacing entire dashboard. It's been two years Now and they still have no answers. Most recently all of the dash alarm and sensor lights have been lighting up on my car, speedometer and RPMs drop. I took a video for them for a scheduled Saturday morning appt and I was told their master technician wasn't in so there was nothing they could do! they still looked at it so it wasn't a complete waste of my time and to no surprise they didn't know what was going on with it because it wasn't doing it when I brought it in and apparently the car doesn't store codes. I then left and waited until it did it again and I drove directly to the dealership when it was lighting up so they could figure it out during active malfunction and they told me it was the back up camera. They explained to me it could be disconnected so it was drivable until the camera came in and could be replaced. I had to leave and said I would come back to get it. When I came back to pick up my vehicle. All of lights are still on, BUT now I have no power steering and it's completely unsafe to drive. They left my vehicle on the lot without calling me to tell me, it was no longer drivable and not to pick it up nor did they offer me a loaner. Terrible customer service they tell you what you want to hear but do nothing rectify the problem. Uneducated and unqualified staff.
