My 19 year old daughter called and made an appointment with this garage before Christmas to bring her car in on the 29th. She explained to them that it wouldn't start even after replacing the battery. Clue number 1 that the car DOESN'T START. She had it towed there Sunday 28th. She heard nothing back next day so I encouraged her to call Tuesday. They gave her some BS about how they needed to get the car in the garage to look at it b/c the weather is bad but it won't start so they can't look at it because the weather is bad... um, what? It's December in NW PA... of course the weather stinks! So, you're telling my kid who had her car towed there after telling you it wouldn't start, whom you still made an appointment with knowing it wouldn't start that you aren't going to do anything with it because it won't start so you can get it in the garage? AND they were mad AT HER because the tow truck driver dropped it to the side of their garage! When her step-dad went over there to find out what was going on they were extremely rude and told him the same things, they weren't going to do anything with it and were angry about it being dropped adjacent to their garage (it was out of the way and not hindering access to anything). They practically threw the keys at him! What the he77 is wrong with that place? Don't make appointments for cars that have problems more complex than what you're capable of handling! Be upfront and let people know not to have their cars towed there because apparently they don't do actual car repairs!! If this honest and truthful review saves even 1 woman or young car owner from being misled by the jokers playing mechanics at Lytle's Car Clinic than it's served it's purpose!

Do not go there they charged me 150.00 dollars for a alignment. And after the work my car drove…read moreworse with steering wheel way to one side not even center . Took it back 5 mins later . Come to find out they never adjusted the camber. And then refused do so . Because they didn't want to take the time to . Showed them where the camber adjustment bolts are on the strut and since my car is 20 yrs old and the young kids at the store have never did this kind of of adjustment before . Said it's none serviceable witch is wrong and the service Manger refused to do the wrong or give me back my money . To anyone thinking of going there please drive the extra 10 mins to next shop you will be way better in the wrong . I should of know self why they always have openings for work . And to steal my money is wrong 150.00 is gas money and some groceries for week .
