He said he had done "thousands." So I decided to give him a shot. It took awhile, but when he called and said it was ready he insisted I give it a test run. And it was unbelievable. Shifting is smooth, fast, quiet. The car is an absolute joy to drive. The cost was consistent with the estimate even though he found an issue that caused the check engine light to stay on. No one else could figure it out but he fixed it and the cost was still within the estimate. I have nothing but praise for this place. Thank you ten times over.

I would not recommend this repair shop. Our vehicle sat on the lot for three weeks, and every week…read morewe were told we'd receive a quote the next day. That call never came. We were eventually told the truck had been put on the lift and that the transmission needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we believed the transmission might simply have been overfilled with fluid, but that possibility was dismissed without being checked. We had the truck towed to another repair shop, where they found the transmission had simply been overfilled with fluid. Nothing else needed to be repaired. To make matters worse, we were charged a diagnostic fee. If a proper diagnostic had actually been performed, it should have identified the real issue instead of incorrectly recommending a full transmission replacement. Based on our experience, this shop appears to take on more vehicles than it can reasonably handle and doesn't provide customers with a realistic timeline or explain how many vehicles are ahead of theirs. While we were there, we saw several customers decide to have their vehicles towed elsewhere rather than continue waiting. Overall, our experience was frustrating. We found the communication poor, the diagnosis inaccurate, and the service unprofessional. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop. STAY AWAY!!

I called before arriving to verify hours, etc. Staff were friendly on the phone and during my visit. Unlike some places that cost more money for the same service, this place had me in and out in about 10 minutes for less or equal cost. However, the money saved by not having to wait an hour can't be beat. If you need an oil change I would definitely give them a try. It is worth it!!

Then the communication completely changed. Every time I called, I was told the sales managers were "in meetings" and unavailable. Instead of being upfront with me, I kept getting the same response while I waited for updates. Eventually, they called to tell me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. If they had decided to move in another direction, I wish they had simply been honest instead of wasting my time and my lender's time. No integrity.

I know for a fact they had to pump up the front left one when they pulled it into the shop to inspect it before selling and didn't say a word to me about it. it was flat the next day at 20PSI I am busy have very little time to call which isn't something you really expect with you pay 65,000 dollars for a truck. no big deal is what it is. On top of that issue the tires are smaller than the 35 inch stocks that come on the tremor so in turn the speedometer is 6mph fast and the odometer is putting more miles on that what I'm actually driving I sent them a message with no response regarding the issue. I guess they won though their only goal is to get vehicles off the lot and they did just that but paying 65,000 for a used truck you'd expect certain things to be taken care of. I will never recommend this dealership or go there again. I know they know about the tire and did not disclose that to me when I bought it.
