I went and looked and my tire was ruined with a deep cut. I went back and showed them the damage and they kept saying it was curb damage. Which is not possible as all I did was drive home that day and the tires were brand new. It has only been 1 day since I was there. The tires also don't look like it was put on evenly. Keep in mind all 3 of my other tires are and look brand new. The constant mocking of all the employees telling me it was curb damage instead of handling the situation professionally has prompted me to write this review. Do not trust them to work on your vehicle. They do not admit fault and will mock you if your vehicle has damage. A nightmare scenario for the customer. Edit: - If it truly was curb damage. The damage would be on the right side, not the left. - If the tires condition was already in this state, then i should've been notified because I would not have allowed them to put this on my car.
