There own sign I'm showroom says they service own customers first, stranded or transiant customers second and trailers purchased elsewhere 3rd..I have no issue with that but with where I bought my trailer 200km they wont service even though it's a Jayco and they are Jayco dealer. I was treated like a PC of crap in the process and even hung up on at one point. I can't imagine why a company does not want business $$$ but they sure wont ever get any of mine. Dealer disputes or something hold customers hostage. Very arrogant service policies. Company shows good reviews till you look closely at service dept reviews, the truth is shown there. P.S in another review they even said I saved $1000s of dollars at the other dealer. Those are their own words not mine, they simply did not have the trailer style I wanted in 2 visits. Shop around they say themselves it might save you, just dont expect warrantee from them.

The serviceman that came for us in when another call close by ran shorter than expected. Greg was courteous informative and fast. He will be back to finish our other issues when he can. Yet somehow the other 3 families all received spacious RVs with slide-out extensions while we were stuck with the only small RV without one. Same price, completely different experience. Anyone familiar with RVs knows the difference in space and comfort is massive. Then CanaDream charged us for a bike rack, emailed us the NIGHT BEFORE pickup saying none were available, and still left the charge on our account until we complained afterward. What was even worse was the attitude from management. Completely dismissive, defensive, and more interested in hiding behind policy wording than acknowledging the obvious unfairness of the situation. Their idea of "making it right" was offering a discount on a future booking -- as if we would ever trust this company again after how poorly this was handled. CanaDream clearly has no issue taking full payment while delivering a noticeably inferior experience to some customers. We won't be returning -- and we'll be making sure others know exactly what to expect before booking with them.

For the most part the seasonal campers are friendly offering a smile or wave as you go by, but make…read moresure you check the pool schedule before taking your kids to have a swim because they will yell at your kids if its adult swim time and they try join. They don't tell the kids its adult time please come back in x they just scream at the kids its adult time go away then continue with swearing etc. As a parent I don't need my 4 year old learning the F bomb. The park is full of outdated equipment, not the old Rubbermaid plastic equipment that is faded this is the old metal equipment that most parks and schools have removed as they pose a safety hazard. There is also a wooden log train for the kids to play on that is showing its age. There is a fishing pond but most of the time its more weeds that anything else. The security at night is obnoxious we have been told to put out the fire at 10:30, he told my wife and I its quiet time at 10pm. The Pull Thru sites are similar to US parks they are small. The sites are so close to Hwy 9 with no trees as a barrier so you have to sleep with the fan on and the windows closed unless your drunk, a few pull thru sites have septic access hatches on them so you have a concrete obstacles to deal with, Not very kid friendly. The rates are on par with most parks situated close to the city. If you live close to Toronto and want somewhere close by for the weekend it's Ok but try get in on a cheap weekend or it's not worth it. As a new RV dealer they have always had good prices and gave fair if not above average trade in values, you get a night free when you purchase a brand new unit with a fairly informative walk around. If you want somewhere to purchase a trailer and save some money go there buy your trailer and plan never return to have warranty or any other work done by them or have any other contact with them until you are ready to buy another unit. DO NOT service your equipment here under warranty or otherwise you get mediocre work at best and if you complain when they don't do what you paid for the mechanic refuses to work on your equipment ever again.

I think waiting weeks for a call back or an email is a bit extreme. I also paid almost $5000 for an extended warranty and was informed after I paid for it that there was a $150 deductible and they only cover mechanical components over $150. I called to speak to service and reception asked who my service advisor was (I told her I was never assigned an advisor) she snapped and said I can't just put your call through Willy Nilly, oh ok let me guess a name then OMG! so rude. This place is a joke and they have no concept of customer service. Never again will I buy a trailer from them.
