They don't tell the kids its adult time please come back in x they just scream at the kids its adult time go away then continue with swearing etc. As a parent I don't need my 4 year old learning the F bomb. The park is full of outdated equipment, not the old Rubbermaid plastic equipment that is faded this is the old metal equipment that most parks and schools have removed as they pose a safety hazard. There is also a wooden log train for the kids to play on that is showing its age. There is a fishing pond but most of the time its more weeds that anything else. The security at night is obnoxious we have been told to put out the fire at 10:30, he told my wife and I its quiet time at 10pm. The Pull Thru sites are similar to US parks they are small. The sites are so close to Hwy 9 with no trees as a barrier so you have to sleep with the fan on and the windows closed unless your drunk, a few pull thru sites have septic access hatches on them so you have a concrete obstacles to deal with, Not very kid friendly. The rates are on par with most parks situated close to the city. If you live close to Toronto and want somewhere close by for the weekend it's Ok but try get in on a cheap weekend or it's not worth it. As a new RV dealer they have always had good prices and gave fair if not above average trade in values, you get a night free when you purchase a brand new unit with a fairly informative walk around. If you want somewhere to purchase a trailer and save some money go there buy your trailer and plan never return to have warranty or any other work done by them or have any other contact with them until you are ready to buy another unit. DO NOT service your equipment here under warranty or otherwise you get mediocre work at best and if you complain when they don't do what you paid for the mechanic refuses to work on your equipment ever again.

some serious issues that we had during our trip with the RV (rented on July 30th 2020), there are…read moremajor concerns about the RV that was rented out to us and it is not recognizable upon initial inspection but only found when the RV was driven for some distance. Below are the main problems that we have faced and have caused interruptions to our trip which caused us to cancel our long weekend trip earlier than expected: 1. The slider (extender) got stuck on the second day, it wouldn't slide all the way out but only about 20% and it stops (video attached for refernce). We spent our time trying to fix it while contacting your support team with hours of waiting on a response. No help was received by your end so we had to find a tent to sleep in but stores were closed at the time, also hotels fully booked for the long weekend. We had to borrow a tent that didn't fit all of us, besides there were no sleeping bags, you can imagine how horrible this experience was as we fully were dependent on sleeping inside the RV. One of your members (CJ) was concerned about the slider upon initial inspection before our departure but then a technician came and indicated there is no issues and the RV is fully functional and the slider should work and confirmed it, that wasn't the case on our 2nd day of the trip.  2. After experiencing a horrible sleepless night cramped in a small tent with no sleeping bags, we have decided to leave back and end our long weekend trip by returning the RV as it is not functional and can't be slept in. We drove the RV back and faced a major safety issue while driving, windshields wipers were very dirty in the rain (couldn't tell upon inspection as it was a sunny and not raining). The wipers cause some sort of white grease material to buildup on the windshield while raining (pictures attached). This was very unsafe as there were numerous times we have encountered when the windshield was fully blocked with dirt material and blocking the driver from seeing the road clearly. We have to drive below speed limit and pullover the clean the windshield multiple times and causing us to be involved in risky situations with other drivers on the road.  3. Last issue that was a major concern and the management should be aware of is the fact that the RV have bed bugs! We got bitten after our first day. The bedroom and top bed were the spots where we got bitten. There is a big chance we have brought bed bugs back into our homes and this will cause us unnecessary issues in the near future.  These three issues have turned our supposed to be fun and long weekend trip into one nightmare that we had to end early. This was the worst experience we have faced and have put us in risky and unsafe situations that could've ended badly such as being involved in an accident on the road for not being able to see clearly through the windshield

Call to ask question about returning the Rv 1 day earlier coz we didn't have where to park it at home and they told me they gonna have to charge me 3500$ (the deposit fee) if I do that and hang up on my face. People like them doesn't deserve any business. As an online marketing guy I am going to do whatever it take to warn other people from doing any business with them. Hoping to save others good people from the bad ones.

Their service is top notch and completed within the timelines as agreed. In response to Gregory G's review, we agreed to a rental at the regular rates. An offer was made to return the RV with a full tank of fuel in lieu of the full rental rate, which would have resulted in a significantly lower cost. It was a a small token to show my appreciation for them taking additional time for fueling. Often I offer my customers price adjustments in similar situations. In terms of the RV not turning over, it was an unfortunate situation where it was the first rental of the season and a weak battery although I had a solar charger hooked to battery for several days prior where the weather was mostly rainy and overcast. Finally, in regards to the smell of gas, there are several repair facilities right next door. Any gas smells can be attributed to those garages and can not be controlled by either Yantz RV or Campers World. Yantz RV's priorities are to provide its customers with top quality, reliable and safe RVs.

I cannot speak highly enough about the outstand service provided by everyone. I have been to many places to buy an RV, and nothing comes close to the quality and price that they provided, don't take my word for it just go take a look you won't be disappointed. I would like to especially thank Shawn. He took the time to understand my needs ensuring that I found the perfect RV for my family. Shawn's patience and attention to detail were remarkable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His expertise in RV's was great because it provided me valuable insight into how work with everting including tips and tricks to look for if I ever get stuck. He went above and binode. Weather it was coordinating with the finance team, arranging test drive or ensuring that every feature of the RV was in perfect working order the people there helped me through it with a smile and great attitude. Waking with a headache, I went outside and discovered the generator exhaust had hit something on the road and appeared broken off. In December 2024, I visited this RV dealership after seeing their Facebook ad for a 2000 Tiffin Allegro Class A RV listed at $12,900. I was seriously considering switching to RV living, and this was one of the few options nearby. I spoke with a salesperson named Steve, who was polite, and then with Tony, one of the owners. I told Tony I needed more time to think about it, and offered to leave a $50 hold fee. He refused that and instead asked for a $1,000 deposit, telling me, "If you don't want it in two days, I will refund it to you. I'm the owner, I bend the rules. You have my word, and I'll even put it on the bill of sale." I have the full conversation recorded. Based on that verbal promise and his position as the owner, I agreed. I was given a receipt (which I still have), and paid by e-transfer. Two days later, on December 11, I went back to cancel. Tony was slightly upset, but ultimately agreed to refund the deposit via cheque--this part is also recorded. However, at that moment another owner, Paul Buro, stepped in aggressively, shouting that they lost customers because of me and that I "signed the paper," so I wouldn't get a cent back. He told me to take him to court and said he had lawyers. When I tried to reason with Tony again, Paul repeatedly cut me off. Tony stayed mostly silent. Eventually Paul told me to leave or he'd call the police. On December 16, I returned with a friend who recorded our second visit. Things escalated: Paul raised his voice, threatened to physically remove us, and actually called the police. We waited outside for over an hour, but no officers arrived. Hours later, a police officer called me and said they couldn't help and I'd need to take civil action. I have: * A written receipt from the business. * A bank record of the $1,000 transfer. * Full audio recording of the owner promising a refund within two days. * Video footage of the second confrontation. * Police call records. Despite all of this, I have not received a single dollar back. Be extremely cautious if you're considering doing business here. Don't rely on verbal promises, even from the owner. I'm now pursuing legal action.
