When we dropped our trailer off in Erin at Under the Stars RV for repairs, we were met by a lovely lady who created our order. Months later, we were told the work was done. After walking through the trailer to inspect their workmanship, and reading through the repairs inventory, their team claimed all was done. However, it was clear that some of the work was completed without our consent; and other work that was requested, was not done at all. Furthermore, the work that was done was not done well. I could not believe what a confrontation it took to get the bare minimum effort from the mechanics, lack of support with evaluating the work, and the poor communication. Naturally we were very upset when an agreement couldn't be reached. The disrepsectful tone from the workers was disheartening. NO ONE at Under the Stars would take responsiblity. They were disorganized, slow, and underwhelming in their commitment to complete the work and exhibit respect towards us, the customer. They even threatened to hold the trailer hostage at one point when we couldn't come to an agreement. I don't know what to advise; other than going somewhere else.
