called me told i was approved for financing so i went there they were not ready for me at all waited about 1.5 hours shoulda left then . Finally went to the financing dude sat down he pushed a pile of papers in front of me wanting me to start sighning hold you fn horses pal i wanted to see how much i was finaning after a 14000 dollar down payment turns out i was financing 36000 after the down payment for a 17 foot travel trailer . no way i was even thinking about agreeing to this bs it was advertised for 18000 bucks and still is he said he was out of 2025 models only 26 models fn crooks do not deal with theses tools . so a 17 foot travel trailer was going to cost 50,000 bucks f off douch bags theres more to the story but this is the jist off it . 0 stars for these poeple just rip off artists they think we are stupid read more

These people are nothing but crooks, bought a truck from them, there was a ticking in it. I told the sales lady, she said the mechanics checked it over. Do to a promise to buy because they had to drive it from Hamilton to Cambridge we HAD to buy. The leasing company charged us $20,000 for cost of borrowing. For a truck that is worth 30,000.00 we are now paying $74,000.00. The leasing company is IA Auto finance. This is a complete and utter rip off. Now after bring the truck in for service, we find out its the timing chain that is gone and has been gone for awhile. After 3 weeks of waiting, 3 salespeople have quit within that time and now asking us for money to fix it. I am so mad and feel that these 2 companies should not be in business and should never get a one star review. read more

Never would I buy our finance another car from these conniving pieces of shit. Great sales people but once papers are signed they don't give to craps whether you want to find out the status or when the delivery or better yet when your getting your car. They don't even deserve 1 star. I had to go out of my way to get my car even though I was told I would get it delivered in less than a week. All for them to say after I signed papers "oh btw we can't deliver the car right away since we are short staffed" really you could've been up front with it but instead lying about it makes you look so much worse. I get it so I asked for more gas money they agreed and yet still waiting for it. AMANDA IS THE WORST PIECE OF SHIT. Not even a hand shake or come out and give me the keys herself. The run around...we purchased a high end trailer.We were told by two people,salesman and finance guy that our warranty work would be completed by someone near our trailer park.Then we were to submit receipts to 401 Auto Rv...We phoned ahead to make sure that was the procedure.Then we went ahead and had the work done.Upon bringing our receipts in,we were informed they don't do it that way.Well,where was the person we checked with? Let go...what about the two we talked to when we purchased the trailer? Oh,well they deny telling us that!!! The whole sorted story took several phone calls and visits and over 6 months!!!Sorry guys,we are now out a ton of cash and you will not be getting business from anyone we know! read more

I have been hesitant in posting a review because the situation with our trailer is ongoing and I am afraid of getting cut off completely by CampMart. I am however at the point that to save heartache for another camper it needs to be done. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I have received from the staff at CampMart Cambridge over the last 8mths. We purchased a brand new 2019 trailer at the end of 2018 and we have had nothing but problems with it. Tub leaking, kitchen water lines leaking, outdoor shower leaking, awning track leaking to name a few. Trying to get these issues taken care of has been nothing short of a frustrating/exhausting process with them and still I wait... I have even been accused of extortion by the vice president of the company :( I will never recommend them to anyone. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. I write this as a formal employee... and I can tell you this. I have never ever worked with a bunch of unprofessionals in my entire life. They created a department they called BDC and in no ad or interview do they tell you this job is basically telemarketing. Using a texting tool called text now to message and call people. My boss even creeped a customer on Facebook who we were unable to call over the phone. Even after you say your not interested in financing they don't remove your number (like you ask) and in meetings they advise us to demand appointments of you without allowing you to say no. The staff gossips about the customers constantly (even poking fun of how much money you have or why you choose to finance in the first place) They also previously fired someone strictly for how they acted at a Christmas party. An even that we were not paid for, and was not on company time. The BDC department has one early twenty year old girl who basically does whatever she wants because her mommy is a manager there. Don't be fooled by anyone calling people a "finance manager" they are not. They are a car salesman who gave themselves a different name. As an employee I emplore you to look elsewhere for your job. Especially for BDC all you would be is a telemarketer. No one treats the BDC with respect or will even learn your name. The manager will also always side with the little girl whose mommy is a "manager" so don't bother expressing concerns. No one will even learn your name. And I guarantee you will gossip about you just like they did that poor girl from the Christmas party, the customers and everyone and anyone else who walks in that door. read more

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! I bought from the innisfil shop, but awful repairs have been done by cambridge. I was taken advantage of during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was only given one choice for a vehicle that I was unable to see or drive (BECAUSE OF COVID) or any photos of because it was in a different city at the time. I was told to Google it and look at those pictures. I was then told that if I didn't sign the papers right away that the bank would retract their offer and I would have to start over, still without being able to see the vehicle I was signing for. I asked many questions that were ignored, I asked to use my existing license plates and was told it is too much work and that the plates were already included in the contract without even asking me. When I went to pick it up it was back into a snowbank so I pulled it out to look it over. The whole vehicle was damaged and I was now paying the price of a vehicle in great condition. I brought it to their attention while still there, and they told me they would look into fixing it. They ignored all call and messages and even a registered letter for months. I had to get OMVIC involved for them to even communicate with me. They didn't even have the decency to communicate with me out of their own "goodwill". They agreed to fix the vehicle, but in doing so (poorly by the way) they caused a leak in the seal of my hatchback door, that now pools with water in my spare tire compartment when it rains. I gave them another chance to fix the new problem and they said they needed a week to fix it. This is a business vehicle as well so that's a week of no income. They kept it for 2 weeks and all they did was glue the seal to the metal, which did absolutely nothing. After 2 weeks of nothing and over $2500 in lost wages and rental cars, they now refuse to fix the damage they caused, while talking about how much goodwill they extended to me and how they can't help anymore. THEY DAMAGED MY GROSSLY OVERPRICED VEHICLE AND REFUSE TO FIX IT. Disgusting company, nothing but scam artists taking advantage of people during economically hard times. I WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED TO MY WORST ENEMY. read more

I went to 401 auto today with my partner. We met Chad, who is the GM. At first, he seemed like a friendly and honest individual. However as the conversation progressed he asked for personal information such as our ages and how long we have been together in a relationship. We were fine with sharing this information but didn't anticipate it to be used against us. Chad had said that my partner is incapable of contributing to our relationship which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Furthermore, i had suggested that we would save some down-payment and come back when we are ready to purchase a vehicle. Chad told us that saving down-payment "makes no difference" because the interest rate is so high. Anybody who knows anything about how finances work would never make a baseless claim like this. While i do understand that he is a businessman and a car dealer, it felt very inappropriate and conniving to slip in wrong information/bad financial advice and to use our relationship against us in order to get us to purchase a vehicle. Highly disrespectful...... that's not how customers should be treated. Avoid this place! read more

False advertising. Was told I was pre approved for a no credit car loan. Went in to discuss my pre approval after an appointment was made (at their suggestion)...only to have them say they cannot offer a loan until I have a year of credit history. Not sure why they even said to make an appointment if they had no intent to offer some kind of loan option. Website even states nearly 100% no credit approval. Not impressed!!!! read more

This company seems to have some pretty great staff . Some willing to go above and beyond in order to satisfy the customers coming in and out the door . On the other hand some staff lack the communication and organization skills of what the average sales person could imagine . I've had to constantly contact and reach out trying to figure out what should have bin taken care of from the sales associate . Endless phone calls and what now seems like mind games and playing phone tag for what should have bin a simple service . Feeling like I shouldn't call because it would be a bother as they get paid commission off of the sales in order to get what was promised to me and yet 2 weeks later finally asking to speak to a sales manager . Sales manager was busy ok, understandable . But rather then calling me back the manager relayed a message for me . Not even 10 minutes after the sales man that went threw paper work with me to send me on my way calls and asks me what the fuck was going on . I guess I'm trying to state that yes this type of system is convenient for people with bad and no credit . But I personally don't feel the endless head aches are worth any of this .
