I waited on their comfy couch while my windshield was being installed and I was treated to snacks, beverages and a great movie that was so good I almost didn't want to leave! The work done was great and the price was reasonable and the wait was not too long. To top it all off, when I returned to my car, there was a nice mug and a Keychain pocket knife. Also, I got a follow up a day or so after to see if there were any issues, there weren't any. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services in the future. They were very competitive with pricing and worked with my schedule to fit in an appointment. They even offered to adjust the calibration for my vehicle's self-driving feature. After receiving my car back, there was a small flaw in the glass, but they quickly fixed it without any issues. They also made sure my car was kept very clean. Their price is very competitive; almost 1/3 price lower than the quote we got from a body shop. We provide the credit card to order the glass ahead on time. I thought it might be the pandemic and it might be time to give them another chance. Boy do I regret it. I made an appointment weeks in advance for an early morning and put both online and with the lady on the phone that the a/c was not working -- the air blows but it doesn't get cold. Brought my car in on time. The person at the desk told me they couldn't say when it would be looked at as they "only have two a/c techs." Went for a local appointment and walked by Eccles 2 hours later -- my car was still in the same spot I left it. Went home, called four hours after I'd left my car there for an update as I hadn't heard anything. They hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know "where it is in the lineup." ??? Isn't the point of having a 9:30 appointment that it is in the 9:30 slot? Isn't that what anyone would expect for an appointment anywhere? Would anyone who works at Eccles be ok with this themselves -- dinner reservations, dentists, doctors, haircuts, anything? You show up at 9:30, hang around until 1:30, ask them when you'll be seen and they tell you they don't know where you are in the lineup? No. I told them in that case I would come pick up my car and take it to the dealership. Did so. Got there and got my keys and the lady said, "I'm sorry, I was hoping I could get it looked at today, but we only have two a/c techs." WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU CAN'T DO? If you can't do it, don't make us go through the effort of time off work to bring it in only for you to hold the car hostage because you aren't actually able to fill the service that day. How long would it have been sitting in that lot, waiting just for someone to look at it and figure out what's wrong? Never again. Never ever ever taking a car of mine to Eccles ever again.
