Worst Experience Ever!…read more Good luck getting them to Honor their warranty, my paint bubbled off in a year, they tried to get my insurance company to pay them again to do what they were already paid to do the first time. (Which I may add, they even charged my insurance company for labour and material they didn't even use). Even though they position their marketing niche as "lifetime warranty on workmanship and paint", they refused to repair the poor craftsmanship. The initial counter service is actually really good and professional, but behind the scenes they rush your vehicle in and out of the shop, because their business structure is based on "quick turnover rather than quality". They caused additional damage to my vehicle (again, they won't own up to it, nor repair it), because behind the scenes the "qualified professionals" are actually inexperienced teenagers that are most likely subjected to autocratic management style and are afraid to own up to their mistakes. The reason I perceive this conclusion, is the owner was extremely belligerent and even tried to dictate to me while handling my complaint. This owner is an old fashion baby boomer, that's obviously is not aware of the power of information technology, and how bad reviews spread like a virus.

My driver side door had swung open in the wind when I was getting out hitting another car's outside mirror which caused damage to above my driver side door that I would see every day getting into my car. I brought my car to Hawley when I called as they told me to bring my car into look at. One of their service guys polished out the area that was hit as if nothing had happened to the top part of my driver's door which was damaged. Hawley did not charge me anything and I was very appreciative of the service they had provided to me which instead they could have told me I would have to spend $1200 to repaint my whole door. I went to Hawley Collision Center (recommended by my insurance company) as well as other repair shops to get an estimate. Hawley was the only one who gave me the quickest turnaround time! Only a few hours later they called me and said they ordered my window, applied my tints and could install it the next day at 9am. The installation had to wait a day due to my tints still being wet otherwise, if I didn't have tints they would've easily installed it the same day. I left my vehicle with them and could only pick it up after 6 due to work and Dee (owner) said it wasn't a problem and could even wait until 7pm for me. Talk about outstanding customer service! Dee and Eric were extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for restoring my car to what it was before. You saved me from freezing my a** off and the embarrassment of driving around with a taped plastic bag. I noticed they even detailed my car! It was impeccably clean from the carpets, to the seats to even the dash! Ugh, so incredibly grateful for you guys. Highly, highly, recommend!
