Shiraz then blamed the dealership for the delay, claiming that they "didn't understand" that he was trying to ORDER my parts the first time he called (I don't believe he actually called when he said he did, this dude has zero integrity) and so they didn't actually place the order until my husband was there in person, 48 hours AFTER the parts had supposedly been ordered. Will never be going back, I do not patronize establishments who treat women like second class citizens.
