Stephen Smit seems to take considerable pride in "over-delivering" to new and repeat clients,…read morealike. I have, for years, found Stephen to be honest, knowledgeable, conscientious, and reliable. When I was there last, and at other times prior, Stephen did minor repairs that were not part of the original estimate; however, the final bill has always remained identical with the original estimate. Furthermore, not once has Stephen failed to have my car ready on time. In my opinion, Stephen is an honest businessman, taking pride in offering exceptional service and value for your money. By the way, ladies, I can also confirm that Stephen is equally respectful of women clients as he is of men. I contacted the owner and he would not accept responsibility but told me I should of brought it in to fix my issues.
