Phenomenal service. Efficient, friendly, and a job well done. They went above and beyond with the…read morework. And even took photos so I could see what they had done. Amazing.

Terrible. From the craftsmanship and professionalism... I have had two cars (never will bring…read moreanother vehicle or suggest anyone to) and have had issues with both. The first car I had done was a Lexus. Normally when I go into a tint shop, you explain what you'd like to have done, see and hear some options and go from there. Not this place. Immediately Matt will tell you he can't/won't do this, will not put a specific % of tint because it's not legal. The ministry will straight tell anyone who tells you they won't put on what you want that they CANNOT do that. Continuously saying we can't do that we are not going to do what you want. Basically very simple and not accommodating. When I received my Lexus back what they had used for their applicator/cleaner had ran down all my interior trim and door panels and did not wipe it off and it stained everything. Would not make my tint strip "appear" straight instead of following the curvature of the windshield. Said they don't do that sort of thing. Again, very poor workmanship if you can't even offer a simple service that's tailored to tinting. Now I've recently had my '01 Camry done, originally about a month ago. Again, would not do a tint strip for me cause they said they'd have to cut it into two pieces or only come down a certain height that's marked on the windshield or to the bottom of the mirror, again bizarre. Never have I had an issue with asking to put tint somewhere. Basically it just seems like they are in it for the simple easy way out for the least amount of effort and most amount of return$$$. So a few days after I had the tint done I then put my windows down for the first time and that's when I noticed extremely bad scratches in the tint film itself. I mean gouges. I never even thought to really check because let's be honest they do this for a living, you will know INSTANTLY if the squeegee has marred or scratched the tint film because you'll feel it in your hand (I've done very little tinting/applying vinyl for personal things and learnt very quickly how easy it is and important to keep the squeegee clean.) I then checked the rest of the car and of course every window in all the corners and the side were all scratched up. I was honestly surprised it left the shop like that. What does that tell you about the guy who did it?? Obviously doesn't give a shit because he would have known instantly. Common thing to do would be to peel it off, do it again do it proper. No, they left it. So I immediately emailed Matt and told him what was going on. No answer. Emailed again. Still now answer. Called and left messages. NO ANSWER. I finally got ahold of them and Matt is off for the week. I told his worker what had been discovered and that he wanted to see it. I can't remember his name but Dan maybe? Not sure, but very unprofessional. He obviously does not deal with clients at any capacity because his people skills were horrible. He basically went on to tell me that if they were to pull off the tint and they discover that if the glass is scratched (which, like any other professionally run business that would obviously have to deal with an issue that may be a possibility with the glass itself, should be noted and recorded and let the customer know if there is a potential with defects in the tint due to imperfections in the glass, my car has no scratches on the windows, period.) tried to tell me that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM TO REAPPLY OR LEAVE THE WINDOW BLANK!... I couldn't believe he said that. These were obviously damaged by the tinter and had NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR. When the scratches are in shapes and arcs towards the sides and corners of the window (typical movement style when pushing out water applying tint...) it's obviously NOT in the glass. The tint was so badly scratched in some areas you could see daylight. I eventually got the car back in about two weeks later after being pushed back because of excuses (one being I had to go out of town mid week), it finally went back on 21/09/16. Matt was there and seemed very short. Basically seeming like he was ignoring me and saying very little. He had come out to see the scratches, well, barely, to be honest I don't even think he had a good look, would cut me off mid convo to say what he needed to say and basically brushed me off. Funny once they have your money you get treated like a piece of shit... We walk back into his back alley office, he throws his glasses on the table and tells me again, we will have difficulty putting that tint strip on yadda yadda yadda, he even went as far to say we don't know how to take that mirror off we will probably break your windshield....!!!! Took me 2 seconds to look up how to take it off, I grabbed a nail, slipped it through a slot on the side of the mirror, VOILA! No broken windshield and you have perfect NORMAL access to put a tint strip on. Emails me yesterday said they tried twice kept folding. Windshield was still dirty and NO ATTEMPT was actually made. Screw this plce
