So in the fall I switch my own tires over for winter and when the back wheels were off I noticed the brake drums freely spinning. They aren't suppose to do that which means the mechanic was careless in not securing the brake pad spring properly which took me 30 minutes to reinstall because I didn't have the proper tool.The spring was in perfect shape and not broken but came off due to improper shoddy workmanship. I adjusted the rear drum pads which brought up my brake pedal up over and inch! That's a significant amount of play and unsafe. I contacted the owner and he would not accept responsibility but told me I should of brought it in to fix my issues.
