So on Thursday night of the long Easter weekend I'm driving down the QEW towards Hamilton when my car suddenly loses power and then starts emitting a horrible burning rubber smell. We turned off at the nearest exit and called CAA to dispatch a tow truck to us. We figured out pretty quickly that our car was dead and the repairs would be more than the car was worth, so what we needed was to find a car graveyard to get towed to. The challenge was I am not from Mississauga and don't know the area...also even if I did the probability of a car scrap yard being open at 9:00 on Thursday night before Easter Friday was very slim. So we were thinking we would have to store it at a service station over the weekend (if they would let us) then get another tow truck to tow us on Monday to a scrap yard - not only a pain but also expensive! Our tow truck driver, Dean (who is also the owner of the company) was absolutely amazing, we could not have had a better experience. Not only did he arrive much faster than we had expected, he was able to suggest a scrap yard to us close by. The scrap yard was closed but his wife works there so he was able to get in the gates so the car was in a secure lot over the weekend. We still had the small problem of getting to our destination. We had a ride on the way, but he was two hours away which would have got us home well after midnight. Dean asked us where we were heading and when we told him, offered to drive us all the way to Hamilton from Mississauga as he was heading that direction anyway. He drove us all the way and dropped us off close to a major intersection where there was a Tim Horton's so we could stay warm and it would be an easy location for our ride to find. All in all, what had started out to be a very bad beginning to the weekend ended up being almost no stress at all and was almost pleasant thank you to our fabulous tow truck driver. Thank you Dean!!

Then for ever dealing with her the next day to get it to dealership. She actually called me to argue about her points. I think they purposely kept my vehicle over night so they can do extra billing on the vehicle. Just not real good company to deal with.

Came by this place via Google when I was looking for an auto detailing place nearby. They do offer…read moreother services (auto glass - obviously, rust-proofing, etc...), but make no mistake that they do top notch in detailing as well. When I called, their price for a mini-van was at least $20 cheaper than the lowest rate I've found. It was a work vehicle, and trust me when I tell you that it was a mess when I brought it in. They were quicker than other places i've brought the van into previously; and while I was apprehensive at the time, there were no concerns with the end result. The van was in fact the cleanest I've ever seen it after a detail. The owner was super friendly and really to time to explain the work they did. My co-workers are already planning to have this be their go-to place for their own vehicle based on the work and value that they saw. They seem very honest, so I would have full confidence they would do an excellent job with any of their other services as well. Note: I believe they will be doing a name change shortly, but the owner - and the services, will be remaining in the same location (directly behind the CDN Tire gas station).
