On Sunday William came to tow my car. He was polite, courteous and knowledgable. Told me what was wrong and he was correct as per my conversation with me mechanic the next day. Awful company. Completely wasted my time. We agreed on a time to pick up a scrap car for 10 am February 8th, he changed the time to 3. I called the driver said he will be in one hour (I had to call him because he did not give me a notice). He changed it again to 6-7. I said that's the only time I can do on a friday night, changed it again to 11pm. I had to call him again because 11 arrived and he was not present, he asked if he can come by at 12-1230 am on a friday night. I said do not come at all. Bottom line, he did not keep promises on the time he and I agreed upon. I do not recommend dealing with this company. read more

The battery on my new Camry was totally flat. Halton Roadside assistance arrived within 15 minutes. Problem was that my car was pointed into the garage and would require some ingenuity to get a boost. Service man, Mark, had me going within minutes. Obviously you don't want to have to need the services of a tow truck because if you do it's because of some sort of automobile problems. The thing is they can be very helpful when you do in fact need such a service. On September 1st I was rear ended on my way to work on the QEW and while my car seemed ok, the car behind me was small and because he braked before he hit me he went low on my bumper. I didn't know for sure if I could have had exhaust damage so I didn't want to take a chance driving my car. I was already shook up from being hit so Jonathan from Skyway asked me if I wanted to be towed to the reporting center. I had agreed because that was the next required step and the other car not knowing if his car was drivable was taken by another tow truck. After waiting for what seemed an eternity to get our incident reports from the OPP Jonathan set me up with a rental that came onsite so I could go straight to work. He had a body shop that was closer to home that he would leave my car with and after doing research and speaking to them I decided to have my car repaired there. Jonathan although he's just doing what he does every day was there and was very helpful in getting me back on the road and of course helped in the first steps of the accident which were getting me safely off the highway and not putting myself or my vehicle at risk, going through the process at the reporting center and taking my car to where it was ultimately going to get fixed. Awful company. The driver himself was kind and helpful but they towed the car to a location they did not give us the address for. Connected to Royal Auto Collision who refused to allow my insurance company to pick up the car and held it hostage. Do not use them. read more
