I got back to him saying if he could get me a used Thule cargo box on kijiji that I would feel like that would make up for all the lack of communication and for their mistake. On the phone Reg said he "stands behind his work and believes in what he does" but ever since that last phone call all he has done is blatantly ignore my text messages. I feel extremely disrespected by Reg and feel like he doesn't care about me at all, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He has waited until today to respond to my review on their service centre trying to cover his ass and wipe everything under the rug. Great job Reg! I also pointed out that I was having electrical dashboard trouble since the car was still under warranty. They could not isolate or fix the problem. Told me to return when the problem was more consistent. 2nd Visit- Brought car back 6 months later when Dashboard was almost inoperable and was told that since the warranty had expired 4 months prior they would not fix it with out a substantial amount paid despite the fact that they had made note of the problem on 1st visit.
