All my life I paid $5 for eyebrows. I know this was in the past and not in CA. But still, paying over $10 dollars is pretty crazy. I understand inflation and I'm sure they need to increase prices. I got a classic gel pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure cleaned up my nails really thoroughly: buzzed off the gel I had before, cleaned my cuticles, and cut my nails. First time I decided to try this place I was lost, it's inside a liquor store so i thought it was a bit iffy but after talking with Saty who is the owner and the artist :) she explained to me why she now operates from inside the liquor store.
