I highly recommend coming to see Saty at A-One threading. I used to go to Layla threading and I really liked the girl that did my brows. I just found out that she transferred to the Camarillo location and I'm not willing to drive there . So, I decided to try this place because I pass by all the time. I went in and was greeted right away by Saty. I told her it was my first time and she guided me to her chair. She asked what I wanted done and how I wanted it. So, I told her and she got stated right away. While she was threading my eyebrows, I was getting to know her. The shop has been open for about a year now and that she really likes it here in ventura. At first I wasn't sure what to expect because it's in the side of a convenient store... then she explained to me that she moved from her facility in Ventura due to her child's school and husband's job at that convenience store. About her work...It was perfection! I will definitely be going back. She didn't make them too thin and stayed exactly within the beautiful brow line I already have. She smelled nice and so did her hands. I know that sounds funny but a lot of places you go don't smell very good in their hands smell like the last thing they just ate.. this was definitely not her case she was great. I went in for the first time a couple weeks ago. Greeted warmly and had a wonderful experience. My brows were shaped perfectly and cleanly-no errant hair was left behind. They look great still 2 weeks later. I'm not sure why I took so long to switch to threading from waxing! I will definitely be back regularly. Update: 4/2017. Saty did a wonderful job on my full-face threading ($30). I loved the way she cleaned up my brows and made my treatment very comfortable. She also threaded my most problem area, the nose (large pores and blackheads) and the threading really helped. Overall the threading had a facial-like effect exfoliating my skin and diminishing my pores. I also bought a VERY cute pair of large earring hoops with tiny diamond-encrusted facade (all sizes, but I got the largest) for $10. Very relaxed atmosphere and great customer service. read more
