Brought 2024 Bronco Raptor in for a trans issue. Greg Urban, Service Manager, was great. Took me under the truck while on the lift to explain the process being conducted to attempt to eliminate the issue. Techs were personable and seemed like they knew what the hell they were talking about - refreshing departure from most dealer service departments I've been exposed to. Well if I had the option to leave 0 stars, that would be my review. I drive a 2024 subaru crosstrek with 23,158 miles on it. This month my car turned one year old. I don't live in this area but am up here for an event and I needed my car inspected. So I called this dealership, the receptionist was nice and they were able to accommodate my needs. My appointment was at 3pm and we showed around 2:30. They took my car to inspect it right away. It's now 3:30 and I go out to find out what the hold up is and the man behind the counter says I'm sorry your car failed inspection. What???! It's a year old, what's wrong? Oh you need new windshield wipers. I thought oh that sounds like some bs considering I just drove 2hrs in the rain to come up here yesterday and my wipers worked fine. He then begins to quote $88 for new ones. I said they probably just need cleaned maybe debris is the issues. He said oh no they are torn. $88 for new windshield wipers are you out of your f**king mind!!! I said give me the keys I'll run over to the auto parts store and get them replaced for under $30. He said oh well do you just want me to put the stickers on it for you then? Yep! Another 15mins goes by. What is taking so long? Oh he has to put the info into the computer. This place is a total scam! I get the car back and there are old rain drops on my windshield from the drive up which tells me he never bothered to even check them. I get out and inspect the wipers and there is no cuts and the windshield is perfectly clean. The lobby has old furniture that is stained and filthy. The roof has leaked and there are water stained ceiling tiles in combo with missing tiles. Then the true WTF is the dirty bathroom where the toilet actually rocks. Does any of this sound like a place where you want to do business? Yeah me neither. read more

My 78 year old grandmother had her car in for an inspection. The next day she noticed the engine was smoking. She opened the hood and the oil cap was off and sitting by the windshield! The oil spattered all over the engine! She called Ford and was met with opposition. "We didn't do that" and "We wouldn't have touched that". They had the audacity to ask her when she had her oil changed. It was in April. They denied and denied doing it. Horrible business who try to take advantage of an older woman! Never purchase a vehicle here or have it services! Can't trust them! read more

I called with a specific car in mind. They did not have the exact car at that moment but assured me I could see what I wanted but a different color. I spoke with Nick and he wanted to double check everything before he had me come in. He called back pretty quickly! When I arrived at the lot he had already pulled the car out that he was going to let me see and he even went as far as to get it cleaned so it looked nice. He did this knowing I wasn't going to purchase this one, just look at it until they got the one I wanted. Not sure what it was.... Nick being super personable, the manager Mike coming out and introducing himself, neither of them were pushy at all but I fell in love with the car and purchased it! During the test drive Nick was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had. I had questions about the entertainment system and he was able to answer many. I didn't take the car home until the next day and as soon as he saw me he informed me that he had more information on what we could do with the entertainment system. Did I mention the process was fairly quick compared to my experiences in the past at other places. At the beginning of September I purchased the 2008 Mercury Marnier. I understand that the car was purchased with over 85,000 miles and the purchase price was just over $10,000. With that being said I am still very disappointed in this dealership. I had the car for less than 2 months and drive less than 1,000 miles and it needed an oil change. Any reportable dealer would have done this at the time of the purchase. My gas mileage is not being calculated correctly. I brought the car in for service and was told that it would cost me $280 plus tax to fix a dragging caliber and a hose. This is another thing that should have been handled before I left the dealership with the car. Again I owned this car for less than 2 months. If I am already having issues I am worried about what is going to go wrong in the next 6 months. I expected a quality vehicle. Ten thousand may not seem like it is a great deal of money to the dealership. For a person that works for their living this is a significant investment to me. I am very disappointed that this dealership is not standing behind the vehicle that they sold me. I have a paper and pencil and I am capable of tracking my gas mileage this way. It is going to be a real pain however since I have to pay for their vehicle for the next five years. I would rather do this than give another penny to this dealership. I did monitor the gas mileage for the first month that I had to car. I did notice a difference going from a small car to an SUV. However when the gas gage said I had around 30 miles to empty and ran out of gas while being stuck on the side of the road I realized that there was a major problem. I do live and work in the area. I have several coworks that are looking for cars for themselves or their family member. I will not be recommending Lehighton Ford to them and have told them how disappointed I am in the quality of their cars and services. I am also going to be posting my dissatisfaction on Angie's List and other online review sites to let others know about the issues I experienced so they can make an informed decision when looking for a car. read more

Purchased a 2016 New Ford Focus off the Lot, I've only ever gotten my oil changed by the Service Team, However, about 6-month's ago I discovered that they were NOT Rotating my Tires but charging for this service every time I got my oil changed because I got the "The Works" package, nobody ever told me why they didn't rotate my tires, i discovered it on my own. Now, 2-weeks ago I went in for my 3-month annual oil change and told the manager I had been being charged for a Full WORKS Oil Change and wanted to assure my tires were being Rotated because they haven't been! He assured me this time they would, HOWEVER, they found a way to charge me an additional $15 for Stainless Steel Lug-nuts that apparently were stripped and the manager say's that's why they haven't been rotating my tires? I asked well wouldn't it be nice as customer to know the reason on "oh say the last 4-oil changes I had done" but nope, he blamed my old lug-nuts being stripped as the reason why they didn't perform the service I paid for! Now that takes me to today, I was driving, and it's only been 2-weeks since my last oil change, I haven't even put 300-miles on the vehicle and my car informed me I was Low on Oil and needed a Oil Change!? I thought this to be impossible but sure enough I checked my Oil and insanely they actually charged me for a Oil Change only 2-weeks ago they NEVER in Fact Performed! I intend to storm in there with my Hair on Fire at 8:30am this morning and demand a FULL Refund and/or a Free Repair and Service for the Damage that may have been caused by this blatant negligence!!! The people in the customer service dept. are indeed friendly and kind but I feel as though they have ZERO idea as to what there mechanic actually say they do n don't do! It's actually a total joke, how can they operate like this!! I would NOT Recommend to anyone getting your Vehicle Serviced by them as they DON'T Know at ALL what there doing and I feel perhaps they are Scamming Customers as to the fact they find ways to charge the customer finding little unknown issues that were not there before taking your vehicle into the shop for service! I intend a FULL Refund, I will Speak to the Manager and I will take this inadequate Service to the Fullest Degree of Notoriety through both Ford, Social Media, the Better Business Bureau and more!
