The car alarm was going crazy police hassling while at the hospital by my family's side as they almost passed away. He got me in and out during a short period I had family support to step away from the hospital. He did me personally a great solid and did it fast. Well I couldn't let my car sit another 2 weeks to get fixed I needed my car asap. I found another garage that would take my car and fix it in 2 days so I wanted to have it towed to them. Smitty wouldn't release my car till I paid a $1700. storage fee. They did nothing to my car other than let it sit in their lot for a week, it took a week for them to figure out all it needed was a tire. This is a scam to get insurance $$. That's why insurance rates are so high for everybody.

Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". My vehicle is amazing and I plan on keeping this vehicle long term and will be happy to switch ford dealerships to never have to deal with Ray Price Ford Mount Pocono ever again! Buyer beware!! They do not care about you as a customer. Find another ford dealership that will!
