He's six I sat in the waiting room five minutes, listening to a child scream didn't know it was my child until the nurse came out and told me to go to the back to calm him down. Once I got there, I found my son wrapped up like a mummy wrapped around his chest was so tight I couldn't even stick my hand inside to remove the restraint myself. He was also restrained by his legs and not able to move. They put dark glasses over his eyes and the laughing gas over his nose he was petrified. He kept screaming, that he couldn't see or breathe. It took me two minutes after removing the glasses for him to realize it was me. It was a horrific sight to see. I called today to speak to the dentist about it and the lady told me that I had signed for a papoose restraint yesterday, the nurse gave me a piece of paper and told me it was just consent to treatment. I didn't realize I sign for my son to be restraint like that instead of letting me go back there and help him through the procedure they wrapped him up and let him scream bloody murder for five minutes in no way shape or form. Is this OK I apparently signed for it which was my mistake for not reading over the paper but I will never enter this place again the dentist was so so rude he has no business working with children. The entire visit was just terrible. The only reason I even let him finish was because this appointment was made eight months ago and his tooth really hurt. I called around to see other dentists in the mean time because I was not happy with his consultation visit and nobody is taking new patients. I do not recommend this place to anybody. My son was in there not even a minute before they said he was not cooperating and ended up putting the restraint on him.

I had a panic attack before going and did not sleep the night before. Let me tell you that from the moment I opened the door and stepped inside I saw welcoming staff that immediately assured me that I was in good hands. The front desk staff was actually treating me like a person and not just a name on a chart! I was surprised...still terrified but comforted. I met Dr. Parsons and was immediately struck by his relaxed and friendly manner. He immediately put me at ease and was very reassuring and supportive. Nothing like I had ever experienced before! Then when we asked if we could have a payment plan. They said no, they wanted to be paid in full. The day I went down to personally pay the debt. I found out that most of the bill had already been paid by the insurance company 5 months ago. So I paid off the bill, and told them I won't be back.

We went to another dentist who was amazed at the poor procedure and didn't even know what material was used. The X-Rays show the cheap amalgam fillings but the look of it shows Resin. It seems they used a cheap filler, drilled too far, then topped it with Resin to cover the fact they used ancient, cheap practices. I'm furious. They deserve to be fined or investigated. I now have almost $3000 in dental costs for 3 teeth due to their malpractice. I wish I had someone to call but upon investigation, I can't find a regulatory committee to report them too. The only way we can end their practices is to end their practice. Don't go.
