We have repeatedly encountered situations where staff members appear to have different information regarding his case, making it incredibly difficult to determine what is actually happening or when his dentures will finally be completed. We have maintained receipts, phone numbers, dates, records, and recordings of communications related to this situation. We are asking the practice to review his case immediately, provide a clear explanation for the seven-month delay, and establish a firm and reasonable timeline for completing his dentures. Incompetent practice at best. Deceitful malpractice at worst…read more My wife had three filings, all of which, months later have chipped, cracked and one now requires a Root Canal. We went to another dentist who was amazed at the poor procedure and didn't even know what material was used. The X-Rays show the cheap amalgam fillings but the look of it shows Resin. It seems they used a cheap filler, drilled too far, then topped it with Resin to cover the fact they used ancient, cheap practices. I'm furious. They deserve to be fined or investigated. I now have almost $3000 in dental costs for 3 teeth due to their malpractice. I wish I had someone to call but upon investigation, I can't find a regulatory committee to report them too. The only way we can end their practices is to end their practice. Don't go.
