This is by far the worst dental facility .... No issues with the dentist and ONE admin ... but the rest of the admin staff is useless. Completely pathetic. You always have to wait for your appointment. They tell you to come in numerous times to get the paperwork right. When submitting to the insurance its problem after problem; they never follow up, they don't provide all documents needed, time elapses and you have to start over, not to mention when you call they place you on hold for 15-45 minutes. Unless you enjoy holding their hand, listening to the gossip, being disrespected .... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. They need to clean shop to be successful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

Dental Dreams to the rescue! I had a painful infected tooth that needed to be removed immediately. Unfortunately my regular dentist could not do it until the 17th, and I could not wait! I called Dental Dreams and they got me right in, and got that tooth out. Dr. Okoli did an amazing job, and I hardly felt a thing, even when he did the numbing process. He also was concerned about another issue that was missed at urgent care, and gave me a referral,which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend him and their wonderful staff to anyone. Front desk making fun of a disabled customer was the final straw I will no longer come here.

My mother Catalina was treated at this office, the first dentist that treated her was awesome! Once he left it has been downhill. My 87 year old mother had numerous dental procedures, she was fitted for dentures and waited a few months to get her teeth. They did not fit, it was too big and kept falling out of her mouth. They adjusted the dentures, and yet again they had to be returned. They informed us that they will send the dentures to Florida, to their lab for another adjustment. Today we were informed that they LOST her dentures! For month she has not been able to eat solid food, and now she might have to wait a few more months for new dentures. read more

First appointment at 9:00am and we were taken back to a chair at 9:45. Another 15 minutes till the dentist came in .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! First of all, they at least triple book the dentist, maybe more. Myself and two other patients were talking and discovered we all had the same appointment time with the same Dentist. 4 out 5 appointments I never even saw the dentist even though that's who my appointment was with. I ended up with a girl who looked like she just got out of bed and came to work in her oversized pajamas and didn't even brush her hair. Very sloppy. Nobody has a professional appearance. You can expect to wait AT LEAST 30-45 minutes or longer in the waiting room and even when you are called back, you can wait just as long back in the chair! When I signed in at my last appointment I asked the girl how long the wait was today. She replied "there shouldn't be any wait at all." I was called back after 15 minutes which was shocking and when I got back to the chair, the Dr was already there. I thought wow this will be the best appointment I've had here. I should've known better. Next thing I know I'm sitting in the chair with the bib on and the Dr and young girl are nowhere to be found. Finally a girl walking by hears me grumbling and says to me "what is your problem. You haven't been waiting long." I told her I've been sitting here for 15 minutes. She goes and says something to another girl right behind where I'm sitting and I also said I was told there shouldn't be any wait. This other girl rudely said with a laugh "there is ALWAYS a wait here" with more laughing. So I quoted the girl at the front desk and as I turned around she was standing right there so I said "as a matter of fact she told me there shouldn't be any wait." Finally the Dr comes in. I was there to try on the "replica" of my final dentures to make sure they fit and I was happy with how they look. Neither happened. Even with all the denture paste she put on the top and bottom (which I was told I wasn't even going to need to use) neither fit properly. They were extremely loose and slipping all over my mouth. I tried to talk and the dentist even said "I can't understand you, let me take these out." I told her they were clearly much too big and even worse, even with the dentures in I still looked like I had no teeth and that's not how it's supposed to look when you have properly fitting dentures. She tried to make up some excuse but even when I researched dentures on the internet, EVERYTHING I read said that properly fitting dentures will improve the look of the face because the mouth would no longer be sunken in. I left there extremely upset and depressed. I contacted Corporate and told them everything. Next thing I know a very angry girl is leaving me a voicemail telling me she "just got off the phone with the big boss and you need to contact the office immediately and speak to the dentist." I did leave several messages and NEVER received a return phone call. I again contacted Corporate and told them about the angry call I got from a girl in the local office and said that I did call back and left a message for the Dentist but I would really like to speak to someone above her because she just makes excuses. Well today I get a call from Corporate telling me "because you are unhappy and mentioned calling an attorney, we have stopped production of your dentures and you can try to find another Dentist to help you." So Corporate is no better than the local office of this National chain! Unless you have all day to sit around waiting and don't mind being treated like you don't matter, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't let me give no stars. I wish I could add a picture to this but when I tried to take a picture of how my face looked with the dentures in, I was told that "photos aren't allowed here in the office." Probably because patients have absolutely no privacy at all. Each chair is separated by a partial temporary "wall" and everyone can hear everything going on with other patients. read more

My husband was scheduled today for a route canal before leaving to go there he called and they said they would do it wether insurance covered it or not so when we get there they tell him it can't be done I have been going there for years but after this episode I am switching this place is terrible the front desk staff is clueless read more

The place Is full of unprofessional staff who only have one word response when you ask them a questions, they then go to the back and claim the doctor isn't in despite the fact that you didn't see him/ her leave. Ghetto at its finest/ daycare for staff kids while not wearing mask, however mandating the patient and or family to mask up! Fuckin unbelievable! read more

Don't waste your time or energy going to dental dreams. Front staff are unprofessional. My kids had a 12pm appointment that time came and went. Stayed for over an hour before we decided enough is enough and walked out. This has got to be the most ridiculous medical office ever. The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and careless! The doctor is possibly the most unprofessional. It started when I get to my nephews appointment ON TIME, I didn't have a mask, and so don't have a problem wearing one if it means Respecting others opinions! I ask them if they had any masks, they said "No" just "No", I'm like "OKkk"... where can I get one right now, she sends me to Dollar Tree. I go get masks for my nephew, my husband and myself. I get back to the office, a few minutes later, for them to tell me "sorry, you need to reschedule, the doctor left"!!!!!!!!!! What do you mean the doctor left? Why would the doctor leave if you knew I was there? Why wouldn't you just offer me masks? Why would you send me to get masks if you had the intention of not seeing me? There was no care, no regard, no empathy, NOTHING! The girls at the desk were in regular clothes with their kids behind the desk, WITHOUT masks! 0 stars. I had a cleaning. During my cleaning I felt something hard and didn't think it was a part of my tooth. The Asian/Chinese dentist broke my back molar and denies. The same as the technician and they know they seen that. I have a serious autoimmune disease and couldn't come in the next day due to my infusions. I have appointments every week. And I made the time to come in 2 days after that cleaning to show them what they did. They tell me that, teeth don't break during a cleaning and they looked at the xray and say I need a root canal and crown on that tooth. They NEVER told me this prior to the cleaning. The dentist did not look at my xrays before cleaning my teeth. They then say there was already a chip at the top of my tooth. Now my tooth is broken way low and they literally said they were dismissing me from my appointment. The dentist's reply to me telling her she broke my tooth and they are responsible to fix it was "I wouldn't do you like that.". I know the tech had to of seen it happen as she walked around saying, "No bad karma I seen nothing". The staff in this building just gossip and speak in English then Spanish. It's like walking into a high school classroom. There's no management. I'm sorry they also refused to give me my xrays and said I needed to sign a release form for myself to get them, to purposely be inconvenient. I have worked in health care for over 10 years. And they also told me I apparently complained of this tooth hurting when I NEVER had pain there. I complained of a top tooth having an indent and had them xray that one twice. So, the dentist wrote a false note in her chart that is untrue. Osha should be called, especially because they told me how the patient who got her xrays printed was bc she was going to oral surgery. Is that not a hippa violation ? It's just completely disgusting how that dentist could not take responsibility for her actions and the lack of care they gave me. You're a doctor. And you can live with this guilt. I'll be calling corporate again tomorrow until this is handled appropriately. This office is completely unprofessional in handling any issues that arise. And my now broken tooth was never in my treatment plan. Dental dreams is responsible for my broken tooth. I am getting a lawyer. This is malpractice and careless. If an xray showed something why was that not discussed ?! I am going to another dentisry tomorrow because you can clearly tell this dentist cleaned my teeth too hard! I never made a review but I had too this time. Worst place ever, don't go here. When getting my teeth "cleaned" the dentist was spraying water all over my face and neck, the lady helping was using this tool and grinding my teeth so hard with it. I had 3 different people working on me. I did not feel comfortable was so ever. I left that place with my teeth feeling dirty and violated. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. This is one out of two dentists that take my insurance so I was forced to go here for a cleaning. I will never return to this place ever again. read more

Made my boyfriend an appt. here to have a root canal done. He went to the appt. and they told him they couldn't do the root canal and just cleaned his teeth. This was after they told us on the phone that they would book him for a root canal. He comes home with a signed treatment plan that said he needs to pay $1800 for the procedure that the office states wasn't covered. While looking over the plan we called his insurance who told us they covered @ 90% for the procedure. This office was trying to bill both my boyfriend and his insurance. They are also trying to state that he has multiple cavities that upon taking him to our regular dentist, that with X-rays there is only the root canal that needs to be done. Stay far away from this office!! This is not the first time i have heard nasty things about this office. Wish i could rate a zero star read more

I was pretty impressed with the staff. I was a bit skeptical going into a dentists office as a group. When I didnt have a dentist in the area I just went here. The front end staff took care of you and respected all your questions. They were put off as I have seen in smaller offices ( like your bothering them). The hygienist came in asked questions, gave me xrays and was courteous. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable. When the doctor came in. He was informative and gave me the tools I needed for better dental care. Even questioned how I brushed my teeth to make sure I am taking care of ones neglected. I felt very comfortable in this office and will return. Great experience. read more

The staff is completely unprofessional . Ive been hung up on after I called to see if I had to follow up due to them not giving any information afterwards . Not to mention the wait time. I still have a very visible cavity and the " dentist" says my teeth are fine !??? After he specifically said I needed a filling multiple times. Definitely a rush job. My son was a patient and we have had issues with every appointment. On his first visit their personnel made us wait for 15 minutes to then tell us the only dentist on site that Saturday didn't take our insurance so we had to reschedule. Today my son had another routine visit and we were running late so I tried calling to let them know 5 times and no one picked up the phone. My husband arrived and waited 15 minutes while the receptionists watched a video on a phone- which is a HIPAA violation, and ignored the patients and the phones ringing nonstop. After one of them finally decided to acknowledge my husband they told him someone had called yesterday to cancel the appointment so they couldn't see my son, but we never cancelled the appointment. Needless to say, I will be finding my son another pediatric dentist in the area with more professionalism, because these people are terrible! read more

Visited this office for the first time today! Had an appointment for my soon to be three year old daughter as a first check up. She was nervous to go to the dentist. This place was comforting, she loved the kiddie playzone located in the waiting room area. The women who took care of us were friendly and helpful. I happened to get lost on my way in since I was unsure of the location (I drove right past it lol). This made me a little bit late for my appointment and the woman at the front desk was so understanding and even helped me find the location. Great for a pediatric dentistry and quick with the busy! read more

As soon as I walked in & started filling out paperwork for my 6 year old son to he seen, the two ladies at the front desk got into a screaming match with one another, curse words flying right in front of a waiting room of patients. EXTREMELY unprofessional, unlike anything I've ever seen. The other staff didn't stop them at all, so I assume this is just normal behavior in their establishment. Will never return! read more
