She received lower dentures from him, and they were incredibly painful and never fit properly. Despite many, many visits over a 2-3 year period, he was unable to fix the issue. What frustrated us the most was that he never took a mold of her top teeth to ensure the lower dentures would match properly. It felt like a complete waste of time and money, especially since he would not break down the invoice for me. Quite suspicious. I would never recommend him.

When they first called, I explained that I didn't have the new insurance information available at that moment but would call back later that day or the following morning to provide it. Despite that, I received another call later the same day asking for the same information, even though I had already committed to calling back. I called the office to provide the information and also expressed that I was frustrated by the repeated calls. My concern was never about the importance of having accurate insurance information--I completely understand that. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate the need for accurate records. My frustration was simply that I had already told the office I would call back, yet I felt pressured before I had the opportunity to do so. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the office manager spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and condescending. She even asked if I "always talk to my customers the way I was talking to her," despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully; I simply expressed my frustration with how the situation was handled. As a parent, first impressions matter when choosing healthcare providers for my children. I live in New York, but I had a filling fall out while I was visiting Allentown, and Fairmont Dental worked me in for an emergency visit within two hours of calling! They were so gentle in my mouth and took extra care of me, and I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

I recently had my upper eyes done and breast implant removal. Everything that he has done has been amazing work. He has talked me out of procedures over the years because he is the most honorable and ethical doctor that I ever met. He wants you to be happy in the end and for that reason, he won't do work that isn't in your best interest. I am so happy with my appearance and have confidence that I wouldn't have for a woman of my age if it weren't for him. I wouldn't trust anyone else's hands other than his! He's a genius and a true artist. We are so lucky to have him in Allentown. My experience at Sacred Heart has also been wonderful, absolutely nothing but praise for the caring people at that hospital.
