I received full mouth dental implants from Dr. Dominic Sabatini at Three Rivers Dental Greentree,…read morePittsburgh, PA. I made a mistake and told Dr. Sabatini that I was relocating to California. Shortly after arriving in California, my bottom dental implants became loose. I went to New Smile Prosthodontics in Murrietta, CA and Dr. Alfredo Paredes informed me that I had three dental implant failures. He stated that he would have to remove the failed implants and install new ones. A few months later my top dental implants became loose. I went back to Dr. Paredes and he informed me that I only had two of the four implants in tack, one implant was misaligned, and the other was missing a screw. Dr. Paredes made some adjustment and installed new top dental implants.

According to their plan, I had to take out a personal loan to get my teeth fixed. So I did and will…read morebe paying years for teeth I don't believe were properly fixed. I do not think she was the original doctor, but she examined my infected tooth. I asked why was it infected if they did the root canal and crown. She said sometimes it's just bad teeth. What does that even mean? Please don't be condescending. Explain things to me like I am an adult. The tooth I paid thousands to fix had to be extracted. I asked the assistant if I could keep it because well I paid for it. The assistant was too scared to ask the doctor. I left and will never step foot in that office again. They have so much literature about veneers and implants, I wonder if they actually care about keeping teeth in the mouth.

The front desk staff and the dentist were lovely! They are the reason I am not giving this place 0…read morestars. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was condescending, arrogant, and made me feel like a child. It was the most unpleasant dentist appointment I have ever had. Now MIND YOU! I have a pretty thorough oral care routine. I use a fluoride, non-alcoholic mouthwash and brush my teeth with both a manual and electric toothbrush twice a day. I use floss picks, use a water flosser, and scrape my tongue daily. The dentist herself told me that she could tell that I take care of my teeth. Fast forward. I go to the hygienist for my cleaning. First, she forced me to watch a YouTube video on how to brush my teeth and floss before getting started (I'm 24 ?!?!?!). The entire time she's flailing about in my mouth, she is telling me that I am at risk for periodontal disease and that my gums look inflamed and bloody (a blatant lie). She is shaming me for my flossing habits and telling me that I keep an unclean mouth. She then pretty much forces me to do a fluoride application treatment not covered by my insurance (she asked me to pick a flavor while she was still cleaning out my teeth and didn't even give me the option to decline). Her hygienist station has all of the products she's selling with price tags on each (which I have NEVER seen any other dentist / hygienist do). She then tries to get me to buy mouthwash, a new toothbrush, and a water flosser off of her. I have never, ever wanted to get out of a chair so fast in my damn life!!!!! The front desk person was so kind and normal though, and I loved Dr. Kim.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. I went for a routine cleaning but since I was a new patient they…read morecharged me for a comprehensive evaluation (which they did NOT tell me about and I have never heard of in 40 years). They told me I needed $5k worth of invisalign and had 4 cavities. They insisted I needed x-rays although I felt I had recently had x-rays. They actually lied and said that insurance allows x-rays every 12 months - which I found out later from my insurance is NOT true. So they proceeded with the x-rays instead of trying to get them from my former dentist. When I left after NOT receiving any type of teeth cleaning, they tried to book separate appointments for each cavity, a cleaning and for invisalign. I immediately called my former dentist and made an appointment for a cleaning since they have yet to scam me (I only changed dentists because I moved). Sidenote: my former dentist found 0 cavities. On top of the worst experience ever...I received a bill for $300 for services I did not approve. The x-ray which the insurance did not cover because the "12 month" line was a flat out lie and a comprehensive exam which I did not make an appointment for. Unfortunately I didn't read the terrible reviews for this place before making the appointment.

Iam a 31 years old man from Pittsburgh Pa, I had an ordeal experience with Dentist THOMAS WILLIAM…read moreLAH, at 400 Chatham Park Drive, Suite 100 Pittsburgh, PA 15220, I went to his office for a normal filling and after conducting the normal procedure he told me that I need  a root canal and eventually a crown. I agreed to go ahead with his recommendation. Later on, after root canal and crown was done and after few months, I experienced sharp pain and sensitivity to cold and I went back to him, he did a radiograph and told me that my bite needs to be changed and he shaved down my tooth and prescribed me antibiotics ( Amoxicillin). The pain went away temporarily, but chronics inflammation and pain keep coming back reccurrently.  So I went to  Pitt Uni Dental School to get a second opinion and I talked to an endodontist who took an Xray of my tooth # 31 she spotted a pocket under the tooth caused by the infected root canal and also she saw overextended filling materials penetrating the underlying main sensory nerve in the lower jaw. The Dr advised me to go back to my previous doctor who performed that procedure and get him to retreat that root canal. So long story short, Dr Thomas WILLIAM refused the findings of the specialist and claimed that there was nothing wrong with my forst root canal and I only need to redot it again or extrat it with a new charge, given that I paid him $1300 for my first procedure.  My complaint is that Dr THOMAS WILLIAM poorly done my root canal, he misread and failed or ignored the extruded filling material given that the Filling of the root canal should end at the root tip apex.  He ignored my pain and inflammation and showed negligenge with dealing with it. He wants to keep charging more fees for a procedure ( root Canal ) that has already been paid. He deviated from the normal procedures according to other Doctors opinion and choose to prescribe antibiotics instead of retreatement. Dr THOMAS WILLIAM refused to retreat my root canal free of charge and claimed that it has been two  years since the procedure was done. I want to express my complete disatisfaction with Dr Thomas professionalism. And I would like the board to address and consider my complaint and go over and examin his procedure, so this wont happen again to other patients. Thank you Sent from my T-Mobile 4G
