I scheduled my children's first dental appointments several months in advance and provided our insurance information when the appointments were made. Our insurance recently changed, and the office called me the day before the appointment requesting the updated information. When they first called, I explained that I didn't have the new insurance information available at that moment but would call back later that day or the following morning to provide it. Despite that, I received another call later the same day asking for the same information, even though I had already committed to calling back. I called the office to provide the information and also expressed that I was frustrated by the repeated calls. My concern was never about the importance of having accurate insurance information--I completely understand that. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate the need for accurate records. My frustration was simply that I had already told the office I would call back, yet I felt pressured before I had the opportunity to do so. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the office manager spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and condescending. She even asked if I "always talk to my customers the way I was talking to her," despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully; I simply expressed my frustration with how the situation was handled. As a parent, first impressions matter when choosing healthcare providers for my children. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with little confidence in the office's approach to communication and customer service, so I chose to cancel our appointments and seek dental care elsewhere. read more

I've never had to pay anything for a routine check up and cleaning before coming to this place a few years ago because my insurance changed. It's always a surprise when you get a bill from this place. It always feels like a money grab like they're trying to sell you something not needed. The dentist doesn't like my silver fillings and last year's appointment she said they all had to come out and she didn't even examine my teeth. My last appointment she said I have some silver fillings that "may" crack and I'd need a crown. I was asked if I wanted to schedule that. I said no. Checking out the woman at the desk mentioned crowns and I told her I wasn't getting any. She said she could get an estimate. I said no. This place is such a money grab. I always have such a great experience here from all the hygienist to the front desk to the dentist. This time around, I had a new hygienist and she was absolutely sweet and kind and professional and thorough. I also had the privilege of seeing Doctor Choudry again I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly and he's always so kind and pleasant and professional as well. The front desk is always so kind and pleasant and everyone deserves recognition. I'm excited they're offering Botox now as well and may consider that in the future, wonderful job thank you as always. read more

On March 6, 2025 my first visit with Dr. Joshua Day was to have two cavities filled. After he injected the nonvaccine in my left check I immediately felt pain and my cheek swell. Mentioned to Dr. Day when he re-entered the room that I was in pain and he asked "if I came in like that"? He completed the fillings on both teeth. Once back in my car I took a picture of my swollen cheek. Have never experienced any discomfort with any other dentist during this procedure. After detailing my extreme discomfort Dr. Day did have me return to the office once a week for three weeks to follow up. For two weeks I could only eat soft foods, my face was bruised from eye to chin for 5 weeks making it very embarrassing to leave the house. Apparently he hit a blood vessel causing a hematoma. Over and over again I told the office and Dr. Day I was still in pain. In April I returned to the office requesting x-rays and pictures of my gum area and tooth. Many pictures and several x-rays were taken. Again nothing was found. Dr. Day kept telling me it would take awhile to heal. I felt he did not take the issue seriously. The discomfort went on for months. In September I went to a new dentist, explained what happened and pointed once again to the area that still bothered me. He took one x-ray and within 10 minutes found the molar next to the tooth that was being filled was cracked going into the gum. Very aggravated at the length of time I had to endure such a painful situation. I feel the cracked molar should have been found in all previous visits to the office. The tooth has now been extracted for $1420. My personal advice to anyone looking for a new dentist is to look elsewhere. read more

The woman at the front desk who has been there for years in INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. As a patient, you are always being told you "need" something done- upsell ing every time my husband or I go in. One dentist completely missed an infection in my daughter's mouth and spoke down to me when saying her mouth looked healthy to him. the next day she went elsewhere and was told the infection was quite bad. I went to the dentist for over five years. I am never going back. Everything Is an upsell- I feel that way when I go to a mechanic not a dentist office. Yesterday we saw Dr. Joshua Day. First of all, he has a terrible bedside manner- my youngest daughter did not feel good about seeing him. He was not compassionate at all. He was actually quite rude. He told us that she DID NOT have an infection (after roughly poking around in her mouth while she was in tears). I went to them because I trusted their staff and he was old and impersonal and offered zero help. Knowing that something had to be wrong (she was 6 weeks out of getting her wisdom teeth removed and still swollen) I took her to a new dentist for a second opinion. The very next day I took her for a second opinion and found out she clearly had an infection. Dr. Day missed that???? So I called the office. When I spoke to Day all I got was a defensive and condescending attitude. We got no apology; he didn't even .ask how she was doing- nothing but nasty. Then the man in the front office called to defend the dentist rather than apologize to a longtime family of patients. And lastly, they did not disinfect the X-ray machine where my daughter rested her face. Other doctors' offices have plastic to cover the shared machinery. Never again. read more

This review is per my grandmother. "I have been coming here since your practice has opened and have had no issues. My appointment this past Wednesday was the worst experience I've ever had here and it will be my last. I went in for a simple cleaning and noticed the dental hygienist seemed to not know what she was doing. I should have stopped her but I did not and she ended up cutting my inner gum. I ended up leaving and going on with my day. I later realized I was still bleeding and went right back to express my displeasure to the dentist and he kept insinuating different scenarios rather then taking responsibility for her inexperience. My first visit to this location. I read no reviews at all neither did I look into any aspect except the proximity to my residence. I was certainly not disappointed. The check in process is paperless. Easy to follow instructions on an I pad. Although some question were annoying (checking a box for every allergy you don't have), completion was easy. The dental hygienist Brandy is the main reason for five star rating here. I established rapport within a minute. Very friendly, she explained every process efficiently. Amidst the conversations, we spoke briefly about how good the weather was, her commute my family. This is just to show how personable she was & not strictly businesses oriented. When it come to X-rays & cleaning. She equally did an awesome job. It was the first time I have ever had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist & the best cleaning. I had a second visit the same day for my four year old son. I wished I could see Brandy but the appointment was pre scheduled for Brenda. As it turned out she was equally good. She made my son comfortable within a few minutes. She showed him each instrument & how it works, gave him a ride up & down the dental chair & put cartoons on TV. My son was all smiles!! He left smiling with his toy present. In both sessions, the dentist came in at the end for a brief period. Although there's nothing negative about him, most time there was spent with hygienists who are the main reason for my long review. read more

Could not be any happier with this dentist. This office was recommended to me by a friend. Right off the bat, I was pleased with how friendly the staff was. Their hours are extremely convenient. My cleaning was very thorough & not once did the hygienist or dentist try to push any services. Came back for fillings and it was quick and painless, and this was without numbing. They make me feel comfortable in a situation that can be a little nerve wracking. The only problem I have had with them is that after getting work done on my teeth one time they sent me another bill on top of what I paid at the office. On Sunday, I had intense tooth pain. I ended up being able to control it to the point that the pain subsided after about 4-6 hours. I contacted this company, and left a message. It is now Wednesday, and haven't heard back at all. That is terrible business practice, and a good way to lose business just like they lost my business. Actually, they never even gained my business due to their pure stupidity. I am sure they help people, but as my situation shows, not everyone. If you are looking for a dentist that continues to prove themselves - might want to try elsewhere first. read more
