Incompetent practice at best. Deceitful malpractice at worst…read more My wife had three filings, all of which, months later have chipped, cracked and one now requires a Root Canal. We went to another dentist who was amazed at the poor procedure and didn't even know what material was used. The X-Rays show the cheap amalgam fillings but the look of it shows Resin. It seems they used a cheap filler, drilled too far, then topped it with Resin to cover the fact they used ancient, cheap practices. I'm furious. They deserve to be fined or investigated. I now have almost $3000 in dental costs for 3 teeth due to their malpractice. I wish I had someone to call but upon investigation, I can't find a regulatory committee to report them too. The only way we can end their practices is to end their practice. Don't go.

Even though I had made an appointment a week in advance, a day before my scheduled appointment, I…read morereceived a phone call stating that my appointment had been moved back by 2 hours. When I finally went for a consultation for an extraction, the waiting room was so packed, I was lucky to find a place to sit. I spent around 45 min. in the waiting room before I was finally taken for x rays. Then I was left to wait for a dentist in the exam room for over 1 1/2 hours! I finally had to get the attention of someone walking down the hall to ask if I had been forgotten. I was told the dentist would be right with me. I spent a total of 3 hours there. Very unprofessional. The day of the extraction, I discovered that there was no place to put my coat and purse, yet they have signs everywhere stating personal belongings are not allowed to be brought in the room where the extraction takes place and they are not responsible for stolen items! Just before the dentist proceeded with the extraction, i was told that my insurance didn't cover a bone graft (I had told them ahead of time I did not want this) and my insurance also didn't cover anesthesia. I asked the cost of the anesthesia and was shocked to be informed it would be around $250! When I told them i couldn't afford that, I'm a senior on a fixed income, the dentist quoted a reduced (yet still expensive) fee and left for a few minutes. One of the assistants told me they would take cash now. When I informed them I didn't' carry that kind of cash with me, they said they would accept plastic. I told them I wasn't prepared to pay and they said they'd bill me. While the extraction wasn't as painful as expected, the dentist didn't even bother to speak to me upon leaving. I was presented with instructions and 4 prescriptions. I didn't fill one prescription as I felt it was not necessary. Finally the dentist that performed the extraction was not the same dentist that did the consultation. There's no way i'll ever retutn here again for any dental work.
