My landscaping knowledge basically stopped at knowing I needed new sod, the old bushes removed and replaced, and some kind of erosion control along the side of the house. Adam, the owner, came out to give me a quote and immediately put together a thoughtful design plan--plants, rocks, mulch, sod, and everything else--while staying within my budget. Hardworking, detailed, friendly, and organized barely begins to describe Adam and his crew. Windy, the co‑owner and office manager, is just as impressive: easy to reach and quick to respond. The Lawn Squad truly rescued my yard and brought it back to life.

They park on a curve and at the direct end of a neighbors driveway making it hard to get out of the driveway and drive safely around. When asked directly if they would consider backing up to not block others and get away from the curve, "we will think about it" was the reply with a smirk on their faces. They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. I felt this was disrespectful and would never suggest this company if you live in a neighborhood with narrow streets.

Normally, I'm asked by many associates if I need help, and each has been so knowledgeable. I'm come several times a year, but as for bigger projects, last year, we built a new large pollinator garden with only native plants and this spring, we basically started over on an overgrown landscaping island, and both times, associates helped us for quite some time using their knowledge of the plant, garden positioning (relative to sun direction), soil conditions, and required maintenance to plan the projects out without upselling anything, which I appreciate.
