Their new machine sprays only the front and back of you. It looks awful. My sides are white along with my inner thighs. Its just awful. I waited 20 minutes in line with no greeting or check up on when I was going to be helped as they proceeded to sign up groups of people at a time in front of me. They did not check in any current members to get people into beds which were completely open while everyone stood there and waited. This customer service is very poor and needs to be fixed. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 20 minutes just to be checked in for a bed!

I have to tan in different cities during the week depending on my school schedule so I chose Gold N Glow because there is a location near home and near my school. I paid for a month unlimited pass at the Springville location, tried to use it at the Provo location the next day and they told me that the two were no longer associated. The staff at the Springville location did not tell me about the split when I bought the pass, even after we talked about how I intended to use both locations. I tried to get my money back so I could find another salon that worked better for me and they refused. Their reason being that they were "in the process" of changing their name and the change was posted in the salon for a month after it initially happened. I asked them if the notice was posted when I purchased my pass and they admitted it wasn't but still refused to refund my money. I do not have the money to buy a pass at another salon and because I have to tan 3x's a week for it to be an effective treatment for my condition, I will have to leave school early 2x's a week in order to get to this location before closing for the next 27 days.

We were scheduled at noon, our stuff didn't start until about 12:15. We weren't on a time crunch so we were totally ok to wait. Let me just say the massage and the facial were top notch. Nikki and Chantel (sorry if I spelled those wrong) really know their stuff and it was just so so amazing, I cannot say enough good things about both of those services! We could hear a lot of talking and noise/blowdryers in the room and could hear when someone would enter the front door, even heard a kiddo whining. As long as it wasn't my kiddo though I was ok lol. After the facial and massage though we weren't really instructed on what to do and the sauna seemed to be full every time we looked (before services and after) so we missed out on this part. The pedicure...was probably the most interesting pedicure of my life lol. The girls seemed nice but very inexperienced. I asked my polish not to be touched but the girl seemed so lost on what to do...didn't file down my calluses (I had to ask) and didn't touch my cuticles which by the end of the service I was ok with because I was honestly afraid she wouldn't know what to do. I think she just needed more experience and more confidence because she seemed to be looking over at the girl that was doing my husband's pedicure as to what to do next. All in all I think this package could use a little more structuring/instruction on what to do after facial/massage or just eliminate the sauna part altogether since it seemed to be first come first serve anyway. We would definitely come back for the massage and facial because omg they were definitely some of the best that I've had.
