She then told me I could just freeze my account and then I would be billed 5 dollars a month and that I would be able to use that money towards future tanning... Low and behold when I go to unfreeze my account the 5 dollars a month is only good if i Pay in full for the most expensive plan $96 dollars and all of my months that I paid all year cant be used for tanning its only good for tanning lotion! This place is a SCAM save yourself time and money. Do not go here. I will be charging back on my credit card and placing a complaint with the BBB. How can you charge someone 5 dollars a month totaling $100 plus dollars and then I cant use the money towards tanning at a tanning place!
