When there is 3 people working it is organized terribly, they do not give the same experience to current members as to people they are trying to get money from for new memberships. I waited 20 minutes in line with no greeting or check up on when I was going to be helped as they proceeded to sign up groups of people at a time in front of me. They did not check in any current members to get people into beds which were completely open while everyone stood there and waited. This customer service is very poor and needs to be fixed. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 20 minutes just to be checked in for a bed!
